摘要: A direct locating method for calculating a position of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is provided. The direct locating method performed by a processor includes: three-phase stator currents of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are converted by coordinate to obtain the stator currents in the αβ two-phase stationary coordinate system, and the initial position region is determined. The stator currents in dq two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate system are obtained by coordinate conversion. The stator current cost model is established. Then the d-axis stator current is inputted into the cost model and the position is outputted, and the final estimated position is determined to realize the direct locating of the permanent magnet synchronous motor's position.

摘要: The disclosure discloses a nonlinear predicative position control method suitable for a biaxial permanent magnet servo system. In consideration of uncertainty disturbance of the biaxial permanent magnet synchronous motor driving system, a value function for the biaxial permanent magnet synchronous motor driving system and a constraint condition of the value function are constructed, and the value function is solved to obtain a voltage control quantity of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the voltage control quantity of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is input into the stator voltage input end of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, thereby realizing the adjustment control of the nonlinear prediction position of the biaxial permanent magnet synchronous motor driving system.

摘要: A direct-drive type annular flexible transportation system and a collaborative control method thereof are provided. The direct-drive type annular flexible transportation system includes an annular base, a primary excitation type linear motor, an power supplying module, a power driving module, a position detection module, and a wireless communication module. The primary excitation type linear motor includes a long stator and a plurality of movers. The long stator is formed by connection of stator iron cores presenting a multi-segment cogging structure and is installed on the annular base. Each of the movers includes a short primary, a power driving module, a position detection module, and a wireless communication module. The short primary is formed by an asymmetrically-structured permanent magnet array, an armature winding, and a primary iron core.
