摘要: A direct locating method for calculating a position of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is provided. The direct locating method performed by a processor includes: three-phase stator currents of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are converted by coordinate to obtain the stator currents in the αβ two-phase stationary coordinate system, and the initial position region is determined. The stator currents in dq two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate system are obtained by coordinate conversion. The stator current cost model is established. Then the d-axis stator current is inputted into the cost model and the position is outputted, and the final estimated position is determined to realize the direct locating of the permanent magnet synchronous motor's position.

摘要: A finite time speed control method for a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on a fast integral terminal sliding mode and disturbance estimation comprises: firstly, determining a mathematical model of a speed loop of the PMSM under the influence of system parameters uncertainty and unknown load torque; secondly, designing an improved fast integral terminal sliding surface on the basis of the idea of terminal sliding mode control; then, proposing a disturbance estimation method based on an adaptive fuzzy system with respect to the disturbance in a PMSM system; designing a PMSM speed controller on this basis; and finally, completing the concrete implementation of the whole technical solution. The present invention designs the fast integral terminal sliding surface and a sliding mode control law to ensure that a motor speed tracking error converges to zero within finite time and enhances the rapidity of a PMSM speed regulating system.

摘要: Conventionally, there is a problem that switching loss of an inverter increases in a case where a change such as improvement in a switching frequency is involved. The battery voltage E and the torque command T* are input to the first current command generation unit 111. The battery voltage E, the torque command T*, and a voltage utilization rate obtained by dividing a line voltage effective value by a battery voltage (DC voltage) are input to a second current command generation unit 112. A magnet temperature Tmag of a rotor magnet is input to a current command selection unit 113, and a current command output from the first current command generation unit 111 is selected in normal operation, and the second current command generation unit 112 is selected in a case where the magnet temperature exceeds a predetermined value. The second current command generation unit 112 is configured not to obtain the voltage utilization rate of 0.3 to 0.4.

摘要: A stator defines multiple stator poles with associated electrical windings. A rotor includes multiple rotor poles. The rotor is movable with respect to the stator and defines, together with the stator, a nominal gap between the stator poles and the rotor poles. The rotor poles includes a magnetically permeable pole material. The rotor also includes a series of frequency programmable flux channels (FPFCs). Each FPFC includes a conductive loop surrounding an associated rotor pole. The stator and the rotor are arranged such that the electrical windings in the stator induce an excitement current within at least one of the FPFCs during start-up.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a system and a method for controlling a permanent magnet synchronous motor to optimally track a reference torque. The method comprises reformulating a model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on one or more unknown parameters of the model, and the reference torque, determining an initial feedback control policy and an initial feedforward control policy, based on priori knowledge of parameters of the reformulated model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and executing iteratively a gain tuning algorithm, until a termination condition is met, to determine an optimal feedback gain and an optimal feedforward gain. The method further comprises determining a control command based on the optimal feedback gain and the optimal feedforward gain, and controlling the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the determined control command to optimally track the reference torque.

摘要: A drive system according to an aspect of the embodiment includes a first phase estimation unit, a second phase estimation unit, a state determination unit, and a drive control unit. The first phase estimation unit generates a first phase obtained by estimating a phase of a rotor on the basis of an initial phase at a startup stage of the synchronous motor. The second phase estimation unit generates a second phase obtained by estimating the phase of the rotating rotor on the basis of the operation state of the synchronous motor. The state determination unit determines the operation state of the synchronous motor. The drive control unit controls the driving of the synchronous motor by using any one of the first phase and the second phase according to the determination result of the operation state of the synchronous motor. The first phase estimation unit corrects the first phase by using the detection result of the rotor position detected from the start of the startup procedure of the synchronous motor to the successful startup.
