摘要: An electric vehicle includes a system performing a method of charging a battery of the electric vehicle. The system includes an electrical motor having a rotor and a plurality of windings. The vehicle is turned off to allow the rotor to come to rest at an initial rotor position. The processor controls a current through the motor to rotate the rotor to locate a boundary of an electrical lash region associated with the rotor, determines a selected winding of the plurality of windings having a phase vector located close to the electrical lash region, deactivates the selected winding, controls flow of a first current through the motor with the selected winding deactivated to rotate the rotor towards a direction of the selected winding, and controls flow of a second current from a charging station to the battery through the electric motor with the rotor rotated towards the selected winding.

摘要: A propulsion system for a device includes an electric motor configured to generate torque to propel the device. 摘要: An electric vehicle control system and a control method, an electric vehicle power-on method, an electric vehicle power-off method, and an electric vehicle charging method are disclosed in this application. The control system includes a domain control unit controlling an electric vehicle, a current sampling unit sampling the current of a power battery and a motor of the electric vehicle and sending sampling signals to the domain control unit, and electrical device, driven by the power battery, sampling the current flowing through it and sending the sampling signals to the domain control unit. The domain control unit, according to the sampling signals sent by the electrical device and the current sampling unit, manages the power battery and controls a motor driver module and the electrical device. The structure of the control system and the control policy are simplified and the power-on and power-off time is shortened.

摘要: A method for Field Oriented Control (FOC) of a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) with a constant Power Factor Control (PFC) Loop includes measuring a rotor position of the PMSM. A plurality of stator voltages of the PMSM is controlled with a required direct (d)-axis current, a required quadrature (q)-axis current, the rotor position and a plurality of measured stator currents of the PMSM in a three-phase stationary reference frame. The required d-axis current is determined with a required power factor, the plurality of measured stator currents transformed into two-phase stationary reference frame, the measured stator currents transformed into a rotational reference frame, and each of a required α-axis voltage and a required β-axis voltage transformed into the two-phase stationary reference frame, wherein a power factor of the PMSM is controlled to be equal to the required power factor.

摘要: A method and a system for simultaneously realizing current sampling gain and delay compensation. A dummy load is formed from three-phase inductors with star connection to replace a motor load, and a dummy rotation angle is generated by software. In a calibration mode, a standard current sampling element is used for current sampling, and the related calibration parameters in the stable state are stored. Then, in a regulation mode, other current sampling elements produced in batches are used for current sampling, and the delay compensation coefficient and gain compensation coefficient of the sampled current are generated through two closed-loop voltage feedbacks respectively, and the two compensation processes are decoupled from each other and do not affect each other. The present disclosure effectively ensures the accuracy and consistency of current sampling.
