    Abstract: A method for enhanced uplink compensation gap are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the method is configured to insert, by a wireless communication device, a time gap between a first transmission and a second transmission according to a configuration from a wireless communication node, wherein the first transmission includes the wireless communication device transmitting a plurality of first uplink messages to the wireless communication node and the second transmission includes the wireless communication device transmitting a plurality of second uplink messages to the wireless communication node.

    Abstract: A link determination and establishment method and apparatus are provided. In the link determination method, a ground serving base station of User Equipment (UE) receives, from an air serving base station of the UE, link information of a primary link and configuration information of the air serving base station; the ground serving base station determines at least one cooperative base station of the UE and feature information of at least one secondary link according to the link information of the primary link and the configuration information of the air serving base station; and the ground serving base station sends, to the air serving base station and the at least one cooperative base station, indication information for establishing the at least one secondary link, the link information of the primary link, and configuration information of the ground serving base station.

    Abstract: Provided are a positioning method, device and system for a transmitting device, and a storage medium and an electronic device. The method includes that: control information is determined by a receiving device, wherein the control information includes temporal information and control direction information, and the control direction information is used for instructing a meta-surface control unit to adjust a reflection coefficient of a meta-surface to a target reflection coefficient corresponding to a preset direction within a target time period; a pilot signal is transmitted to the meta-surface by a transmitting device; the control information is sent to the meta-surface control unit by the receiving device; and a signal measurement result corresponding to the preset direction is determined, and the transmitting device is positioned according to the preset direction and the signal measurement result.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for mobility management in non-terrestrial networks are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a first communication node, includes: during a first time period, communicating with a non-terrestrial communication node utilizing a first communication link, wherein the non-terrestrial communication node provides at least one geographic cell in which a user equipment device (UE) is present during the first time period; during a second time period, communicating with a second communication node utilizing a second communication link, wherein a third communication link is established between the non-terrestrial communication node and the second communication node and the first communication link is no longer utilized during the second time period; and determining to maintain the first communication node as an anchor node for communications between a core network and the UE during both the first and second time periods.
