A method, apparatus and system for rejecting auxiliary information about user equipment are disclosed, which relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and solve the problem that UE retransmitting auxiliary information generates additional overheads or fails to know the reason why a network side rejects. The method includes: a network side receiving auxiliary information reported by user equipment; and if the network side determines not to reconfigure a wireless parameter for the user equipment, the network side transmitting rejection reason information to the user equipment. The above technical solution is applicable to an LTE or UMTS system, and realizes the control by UE of the transmission of auxiliary information according to a rejection mechanism.

Disclosed in the present disclosure is a mobility optimization method. The method includes that a User Equipment (UE) having a small data feature performs, when determining that a cell supporting an optimized small data processing capability exists in candidate cells during execution of cell reselection, the cell reselection according to information of a small data priority cell reselection principle. Also disclosed is another mobility optimization method, including that a network side provides cell reselection information to a UE having a small data feature and normally residing in a cell; the cell reselection information includes information of a reselection principle including a small data processing capability factor and/or capability information indicating whether a network supports optimized small data processing or not; during execution of switching, a target Evolved Node B (eNB) having an optimized small data processing capability and satisfying a switching condition is selected preferentially for the UE having the small data feature, and a switching request message is sent to the selected target eNB. Also disclosed are a UE and an access network device.

A terminal and a synchronization control method among terminals are provided. The method includes: a master controlling terminal establishing synchronization control connections with multiple controlled terminals respectively; the master controlling terminal delivering a unique authorization token held by the master controlling terminal to one controlled terminal among the multiple controlled terminals, to enable the current controlled terminal acquiring the authorization token to be capable of performing information interaction with the master controlling terminal for synchronization control processing. The solution can solve the problem of coordination interaction control between a master controlling terminal and multiple mutually independent controlled terminals, and avoid interaction conflict between the mutually independent controlled terminals. Moreover, the solution can further reduce the network bandwidth occupation and solve the problem of high network bandwidth occupation.

A data transmitting and receiving method, device, and data transceiving system are provided, wherein the data transmitting method includes: a UE bears the to-be-transmitted data in batches and transmits in an RRC signaling. The present invention solves the problem of low system efficiency and unable to transmit all the data with respect to many services of the UE due to the smaller data volume transmission capability, and can transmit larger data, thus the signaling overhead generated by data transmission is further reduced, and the system efficiency is improved.

Disclosed is a method for reporting mobility parameters of a User Equipment (UE), and the method includes: the UE reports its own cell change information to a network side; the UE receives optimized parameters determined by the network side according to the cell change information, and implements parameter configuration according to the optimized parameters. Disclosed are a UE, a network equipment and a system including the aforementioned UE and network equipment for reporting mobility parameters of the UE. In this way, the network side can know mobility related information of the UE and appropriately configure related parameters of the UE, thus decreasing effectively power consumption of the UE and resulted pressure on the network side of using signaling and resources.
