Abstract: Provided are methods and apparatuses for measuring CSI. The method comprises: a terminal device determining whether a subframe a channel state information interference measurement resource is located on is a downlink subframe; when the subframe where the channel state information interference measurement resource is located is a downlink subframe, the terminal device executing interference measurement by using the channel state information interference measurement resource. By means of the present disclosure, the technical problem is solved that it is difficult to effectively perform the CSI measurement caused when a base station flexibly adjust uplink-downlink configuration in a related technology, thereby achieving the technical effect of improving the data transmission performance of a system.

Abstract: An uplink signal power reduction method applied to a carrier aggregation system, comprises: an UE being configured with multiple timing advances, when symbols in uplink channels carried on different carriers are not aligned in the time domain and symbols on different carriers are overlapped in the time domain, if a sum of the transmission power of each uplink channel of said UE is determined to be bigger than a maximum transmission power configured for said UE, then an eNB instructing said UE to reduce a transmission power of said uplink channels in which symbols are overlapped in the time domain on different carriers.
