Abstract:
A power control method and a base station thereof are provided, in which the method includes that a base station determines a minimum power enhancement value of a cellular user according to the signal quality which is respectively reported from a D2D user and the cellular user, in which the minimum power enhancement value is obtained according to the principle that the communication signal quality of the cellular user and the communication signal quality of the D2D user are both higher than preset signal quality; the base station controls the power of the cellular users according to the minimum enhancement value when the base station determines that the minimum power enhancement value is smaller than the PH value. The implementation of the disclosure solves the problem that D2D will interfere with a base station and then affect the normal communication of cellular users when the D2D shares the cellular mobile upstream resources in a cellular mobile network with a D2D communication.

Disclosed are an inter-terminal device-to-device communication method and system, which relate to the technical field of wireless communications. The method includes that a source terminal initiates a communication request for device-to-device (D2D) communication with a destination terminal; according to the D2D communication request, whether the source terminal and the destination terminal can conduct the device-to-device communication is detected; if the detection result is that the source terminal and the destination terminal can conduct the device-to-device communication, a D2D communication link is established between the source terminal and the destination terminal; the source terminal and the destination terminal use the D2D communication link to conduct the device-to-device communication. The embodiments achieve the inter-terminal device-to-device communication, which are available to device-to-device communication under the control of a mobile network and also available under the condition of no mobile network, i.e., the field of public security.

A method for a device-to-device user dynamically multiplexing resources of a cellular user, which is applied to a base station side includes: when determining that the device-to-device user interferes with other cellular users within a service scope, allocating resources that meet quality of service requirements of the device-to-device user and do not cause interference to other cellular users to the device-to-device user, and instructing the device-to-device user to use the resources newly allocated.

A data transmission/receiving method and device are provided. The transmission method is applied to a base station, and includes allocating a network resource required for D2D communications for each UE in a UE group and using the network resource as a component carrier of each UE, each UE supporting carrier aggregation, and dividing the data to be transmitted to the UE group into a plurality of pieces of component data information and respectively transmitting same to each UE, each UE sharing the plurality of pieces of component data information transmitted to each UE via the component carrier. The method and device provide a solution which uses D2D technology in a carrier aggregation yet, thereby achieving the convergence of carrier aggregation and D2D technology and improving the transmission efficiency of a mobile communication network while reducing the burden of the mobile communication network.

A method and system for achieving device-to-device (D2D) communication are disclosed. The method includes: a controlling user side requesting a network side for coordinating current D2D communication resources; the network side determining a new D2D communication resource according to current D2D communication demands and D2D candidate resource information of a controlled user side; and using the new D2D resource to achieve the D2D communication between a controlling user and a controlled user.
