摘要: The present invention relates to a xylitol preparation device integrating evaporation, crystallization and centrifugation, including a xylitol tank, a cleaning liquid tank, a recycling tank and a multiple distribution system, wherein the multiple distribution system includes J groups of evaporators for evaporation concentration, K groups of vacuum crystallization kettles for vacuum crystallization and L groups of centrifuges for centrifugation, wherein 2≤J≤6, 6≤K≤12 and 2≤L≤4; the evaporator, the vacuum crystallization kettle and the centrifuge in different groups are sequentially connected in series with one another through a pipeline and a valve respectively; by controlling on and off of each valve, a xylitol exchange liquid is switched and controlled between a series-connection mode and a parallel-connection mode in the multiple distribution system to enable evaporation, crystallization and separation processes to reach an optimal effect distribution so as to improve productivity. The present invention further discloses a control method of the device. The processes and equipment of the present invention are highly integrated to realize continuous integrated production of xylitol preparation with low energy consumption and high automation degree, and full utilization of raw materials.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for preventing crystal maltitol from caking in storage, comprising: detecting a temperature and a humidity of a dried crystal maltitol on-line in real time, an on-line temperature and humidity meter being configured to set a sieving and packaging treatment condition, a redrying treatment condition, and an aging treatment condition; performing a sieving and packaging treatment on the crystal maltitol whose temperature and humidity satisfy the sieving and packaging treatment condition, performing a redrying treatment or an aging treatment on the crystal maltitol whose temperature and humidity satisfy the redrying treatment condition or the aging treatment condition; detecting a temperature and a humidity of the crystal maltitol after the redrying treatment or the aging treatment, and performing the sieving and packaging treatment after the crystal maltitol on the crystal maltitol whose temperature and humidity satisfy the sieving and packaging treatment condition, or else continuing with the redrying treatment or the aging treatment.

摘要: The present disclosure relates a method for preventing agglomeration in a mixture of xylitol and calcium aspartate. The method includes the following steps: first adjusting and measuring water activities of xylitol particles and calcium aspartate particles; then mixing the calcium aspartate particles with a water activity in a range of 0.50-0.52 with the xylitol particles with a water activity in a range of 0.48-0.56 to obtain a mixture of xylitol and calcium aspartate; or mixing the calcium aspartate particles with a water activity in a range of 0.52-0.58 with the xylitol particles with a water activity in a range of 0.50-0.60 to obtain a mixture of xylitol and calcium aspartate; or adding maltitol particles in a weight ratio of 5%-20% to a total mass of the xylitol particles and the maltitol particles to the mixture of xylitol and calcium aspartate. By controlling the water activities of the xylitol particles and the calcium aspartate particles, or by adding maltitol in the mixture of xylitol and calcium aspartate, agglomeration of the mixture can be effectively prevented, and the method is applicable to various mixtures containing xylitol and calcium aspartate.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of preparing a sorbitol liquid and a liquid polyol using a maltitol raffinate. The method includes the steps of: obtaining a saccharification liquid by adding glucoamylase to the maltitol raffinate for saccharification; obtaining a fermentation liquid by adding a dry yeast to the above saccharification liquid for fermentation; obtaining the sorbitol liquid and the liquid polyol by performing decolorization filtration and membrane separation for the above fermentation liquid. The present invention can fully utilize the maltitol raffinate to increase its added value. Further, the method is simple, practical and low in costs.
