Abstract:
A battery cover structure includes a removable cover and a main body. The cover defines two cutouts at an end thereof. The main body includes a first housing and a second housing. The first housing defines a through hole. An elastic arm extending from the first housing and is received in the through hole. Two latching blocks respectively extend from two sides of the arm and are respectively engaged in the cutouts of the cover. The arm includes a distal portion. The second housing is integrally formed with the first housing. The second housing includes a flexible operating portion above the distal portion of the arm. When the operating portion is pressed down, the at latching blocks are detached from the cutouts so as to remove the cover.
Abstract:
A cover mechanism is for an electronic device, and the cover mechanism includes a base member and a cover member. The base member defines a hole and a receiving groove. The cover member is received in the receiving groove. The cover member includes a connecting portion to allow the cover member to be elastically bent to cover the hole.
Abstract:
An exemplary surface contact card holder (800) for holding a surface contact card (40) includes a body (10) and a guiding mechanism (20). The body has a receiving space (105) therein. The guiding mechanism is movably provided in the receiving space. The guiding mechanism is configured for selectably one of retaining the surface contact card in the receiving space and withdrawing the surface contact card from the receiving space. The guiding mechanism includes a pulling lever (201) and a spring element (202). One end of the spring element is fixed on the pulling lever and the other end of the spring element resists the body. The spring element is pressed when the guiding mechanism is pushed out from the receiving space. The guiding mechanism automatically returns to its original position by rebounding of the spring element.
Abstract:
A surface contact card latching assembly (100) is formed in a portable electronic device. The latching assembly includes a receiving portion (11) and a latch module (12). The receiving portion is configured for receiving the surface contact card, and a first end of the receiving portion forms an entrance (112) via which the surface contact card can enter or exit. The latch module includes a blocking tab (120) and an elastic latch (122). The blocking tab extends from the receiving portion for partially covering the receiving portion. The elastic latch is disposed at the first end of the receiving portion.
Abstract:
A hinge assembly (10) for joining a cover section (012) to a body section (014) of a foldable electronic device (01) includes: a button (1); a locking element (2); a main shaft (4); a driving spring (3); a cam (5) including a latching cam surface (54) on one end thereof, and two reverse rotating grooves (56) on another end thereof; a barrel (6) including two latching posts (62) engaging in the grooves; an end shaft (8); and a torsion spring (7) including two end portions attached to the barrel and the end shaft. The button, the locking element and the driving spring are located around one end of the main shaft, and the cam and the barrel are located around another end of the main shaft. When the button is pushed, the hinge assembly fully opens the cover section from body section. This provides a user with convenient one-handed operation.
Abstract:
A latching mechanism to connect a cover to a housing includes a catch and a catching portion. The catch is disposed on the cover. The catch includes a latching end and a connecting portion. The catching portion is defined in the housing. The catching portion includes a first hole and a second hole communicating with each other. The first hole is larger than or substantially equal to the diameter of the latching end, the second hole is larger than the connecting portion and smaller than the latching end, and a joint of the first hole and second hole is smaller than the diameter of the connecting portion. The present disclosure further provides an electronic device including the latching mechanism.
Abstract:
An exemplary chip card holder used in a portable electronic device for holding a chip card therein is provided. The chip card holder includes a body member and a cover, the body member has a cover accommodating chamber recessed in a bottom wall thereof. The cover accommodating chamber has at least one assembling portion. The cover is configured for holding the chip chard therewith and is accommodated in the cover accommodating chamber. The cover has at least one installing portion detachably, slidably, and rotatably mounted to the at least one assembling portion.
Abstract:
A hinge assembly system (200) includes a hinge assembly structure (210) and a driving structure (220). The driving structure includes a driving shaft (50), a gear (60) and a sliding unit (70). The gear engages with the driving shaft in a manner such that the gear may drive the driving shaft to rotate but the driving shaft cannot drive the gear to rotate. The sliding unit includes a rack (72). The rack drives the gear to rotate. The driving structure provides a force allowing the hinge assembly structure to cause the hinge assembly to rotate.
Abstract:
A SIM card holder includes a base (10) and a catching mechanism (20). The base defines a receiving groove (114) and a slot (110). The receiving groove is configured for receiving the SIM card therein. The base comprises a protrusion (108). The protrusion and the slot are arranged at two opposite sides of the receiving groove. The catching mechanism comprises a main board (201) having a bending piece (202) and a bending hem (204) at two opposite ends thereof. The bending hem is engaged in the slot. The bending piece is engagable with the base so as to lock the SIM card in the receiving groove. The main board comprises an elastic slice resisting the protrusion when the bending piece is engaged with the base.
Abstract:
