    摘要: A shielding connector has shielding electric wires (10) and a terminal fitting (20) mounted on an end of each of the shielding electric wires (10). The connector also has a housing (30) made of synthetic resin and configured to fit in a mounting hole (62) in a case (60). Terminal insertion chambers (32) are provided inside the housing (30) and receive the terminal fittings (20). A rubber stopper (37) is fitted on an entrance (36) of each of the terminal insertion chambers (32). A metal shielding shell (50) is mounted to cover a rear surface of the housing (30) and has a mounting plate (57) to be fixed to the case (60). Connection tubes (53) project on a rear surface of the shielding shell (50) and communicate with the terminal insertion chambers (32). Braided wires (13) of the shielding electric wires (10) can be connected the connection tubes (53).

    摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a device and a method for controlling a welding angle which is capable of resolving restrictions occurred when a conventional float type welding angle control device is used to manufacture a welded pipe, and giving full play to the ability of such a float type welding angle control device, by adopting a new mechanism for supporting and adjusting a fin roll. When the welding angle is controlled by inserting the fin roll between opposing edges of a band steel at a position located in an upstream side of squeeze rolls, the fin roll is attached to a link mechanism in which two arms are coupled so as to be pivotable within a plane defined by a pipe manufacturing line direction and a perpendicular direction thereof, and positions of gripping points of the arms are changed to adjust a position of the fin roll within the plane. Not only the mechanism of the device is simplified and an installation space can be reduced, but also the usage environment of the device and burdens for the maintenance work are considerably improved.

Clamp claws sandwich the tube support body. A claw drive body lifting/lowering independently of the lifting/lowering base is provided in the lifting/lowering base. Opposite side portions of the claw drive body are connected to opposite clamp claws by links to turn the opposite clamp claws in closing directions by lowering with respect to the lifting/lowering base. A first drive mechanism for the lifting/lowering base and a second drive body for lifting/lowering the claw drive body are provided to the fixed base. A lowering stroke of the claw drive body necessary for closing operations of the clamp claws is partially born by lifting of the lifting/lowering base in transferring the tube, thereby suppressing the lowering stroke of the claw drive body.
