    摘要: A roller chain includes an inner link and an outer link. A bush is projected out of an outer side surface of an inner plate by a predetermined amount and an end surface of a bush being projected is brought into contact with an inner side surface of the outer plate to form a predetermined gap between the outer side surface of the inner plate and the inner side surface of the outer plate. The predetermined gap is within a range of 7 to 18[%] of the distance between the inner side surfaces of the pair of outer plates.

    摘要: A fixed-side support arm (17) of a torsion coil spring (10) is provided with a locking portion (17a) and a pressing portion (17c). The locking portion (17a) is housed in a recessed spring housing portion (22) provided in a lever (9), and an engaging portion (22a) abuts against the locking portion (17a) to lock a biasing force of the spring. A pressing force (F) is applied to the pressing portion (17c) to remove the locking portion (17a) from the spring housing portion (22), thereby releasing the locking by the engaging portion (22a).

    摘要: An anti-collision component consisting of a metal hollow profile for automobiles includes a collision side flange, a body side flange, and a web connected to the flanges. The hollow profile has a longitudinal end at which a cross-sectional configuration is deformed by swaging to reduce a dimension between the flanges. The following relations are established: tW>TW RCI≧(tW−TW) where tW is a wall thickness of the web at the end, TW is a wall thickness of the web at a portion where the cross-sectional configuration is not deformed, and RCI is an inside corner radius of a corner formed of the web and each flange at the portion.

Heights from a pitch line connecting centers of pin holes of inner and guide link plates to the convex apex portion of the inner link plate and to an apex portion of the guide link plate are equalized. The convex apex portions are brought into contact with a guide face of the chain guide per every pitch and the ear apex portions are brought into contact with the chain guide per every pitch while being shifted by a half pitch from the convex apex portions.

    摘要: A paper cutting device, for cutting multiple sheets of paper stacked in layers on a table, comprises a paper retainer (2) descending from an upper side along a guide and a cutter (3) diagonally ascending from the lower side. A receiving part (18) is mounted on the lower surface of a paper retaining frame (20). The receiving part (18) is formed by joining a base plate (36) with a large elastic modulus such as a metal to a resin receiving plate (37). A slip prevention structure is installed on the junction surfaces of the base plate (36) and the receiving plate (37) to suppress the extension/retraction of the receiving part of the paper retainer so as to prevent wrinkles from occurring in the paper near a blade receiving surface when the paper is cut off.
