摘要： A connecting conveyor (32) is arranged between a first conveyor (10) and a second conveyor (24) and comprises a carrier (30) which can be moved freely along the conveyors (10, 24). Arranged on the carrier (30) is a conveying member (35) which is intended to receive, at a transfer location (42) of the first conveyor (10), the articles fed by said first conveyor and to transport said articles to a receiving location (44) of the second conveyor (24). Mounted on the carrier (30) are two drive wheels (38, 38') which interact with respective ones of the conveyors (10, 24). In normal operation, the drive wheels (38, 38') are connected to one another so as to rotate together. In order to close or to form a gap between successive articles, one of the drive wheels (38, 38') is rotationally fixed by means of a blocking element (80), and the other drive wheel (38, 38') is free to rotate by virtue of the relevant coupling (82, 82') being disengaged.

摘要： An auger conveyor for granular material or grain has a discharge outlet portion which pivotally supports a tubular inner spout section of a telescoping spout assembly. The inner spout section is pivoted by a remotely controlled actuator between an outwardly projecting upper discharge position and a downwardly projecting lower discharge position. The assembly includes an outer tubular spout section supported by the inner spout section for telescoping movement on the inner spout section, and an actuator in the form of an elongated link member pivotally connects the outer spout section to the conveyor outlet portion to produce the telescoping movement of the outer spout section in response to pivoting of the inner spout section. The spout assembly maintains a substantially constant vertical height while moving between the upper and lower discharge positions to avoid interference with a container receiving the grain.

摘要： A feed device for transporting material from a remote location to a feed lower end of a transportation auger comprises a belt carried on a support frame with that support frame being stored in a stored position on top of the main auger tube. The auger tube carries a guide track with a support head movable along the track from a raised position at the top of the track to a lowered position at the bottom of the track. The support head pushes the feed device along the track to a deployed position beyond the lower end of the track at which the support head carries the upper end of the feed device and hold it at a position so that the feed material carried by the feed device is deposited at the lower end of the auger tube.
