摘要： Topical compositions containing from 0.01% to 0.09% by weight of adapalene or salts thereof are useful for the treatment or prevention of keratinization disorders, particularly acne, and additionally contain at least one gelling agent selected from among carbomers, polysaccharides, cellulose and its derivatives, copolymers of acrylate and of alkyl acrylate, copolymers of acrylamide and of sodium acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonate, and xanthan gum.

摘要： A non-invasive method for collecting biological data useful for establishing a diagnosis or a prognosis of a particular cutaneous pathology in a patient, includes: a) obtaining a skin sample containing biological material by applying a layer of adhesive on the skin of such patient, and then removing the adhesive containing such skin sample/biological material, and b) conducting mass spectrometry and detecting, in the sample, at least one protein whose presence, absence, or variation in amount or concentration relative to a standard value is associated with the presence, the development or the absence of a particular cutaneous pathology; the subject methodology is particularly suitable for establishing a diagnosis or a prognosis of psoriasis.
