摘要: A miniature linear guideway includes a rail, a slider, two circulation fittings and a retainer. The slider and the circulation fitting are set on the rail, so that a circulation channel is formed between the rail and the slider for the balls to run. The circulation fitting has several turning convex portions. The retainer has a plate portion and two retaining portions. The two ends of each retaining portion are connected to the plate portion by a positioning portion, and the plate portion is adjacent to the slider. The positioning portions of the retainer abut the turning convex portions. The width of the plate portion of the retainer is smaller than the distance between the turning convex portions of the circulation fitting. Thereby, the miniature linear guideway of the present invention can optimize the assembly efficiency, thereby realizing the purpose of automatic assembly.

摘要: A method and system for inspecting deviation in dynamic characteristics of a feeding system are provided, and the method includes: exciting the feeding system and detecting vibrations of a subcomponent of a component to be inspected of the feeding system to generate a monitoring excitation signal in a monitoring mode; calculating, by a modal analysis method, monitoring eigenvalues and monitoring eigenvectors of the monitoring excitation signal; determining, by a modal verification method, similarity between the monitoring eigenvalues and standard eigenvalues of a digital twin model and similarity between the monitoring eigenvectors and standard eigenvectors of the digital twin model; determining that the dynamic characteristics of the subcomponent are deviated, when the monitoring eigenvalues and monitoring eigenvectors are not similar to the standard eigenvalues and standard eigenvectors. Therefore, the subcomponent whose dynamic characteristics are deviated can be sensed remotely and precisely.

摘要: A method for identifying installation positions of sensors, which predefines the corresponding relationship between the first sliding member, the second sliding member and the signal features according to the installation directions of the sensors, and then drives the first sliding member and the second sliding member of one of the feed systems to move to obtain and analyze the three-axis signals fed back from the sensors, firstly select responsive three-axis signals, and then determine the axis with the largest response of the three-axis signals so as to identify the sensor installed on the first sliding member. Then, the corresponding relationship between the remaining three-axis signals and the sensors installed on the second sliding members is identified based on the dynamic signal feature and the static signal feature, so as to achieve the purpose of automatically identifying the installation position of the respective sensors.

The emergency stop device is used to generate an emergency stop signal. The trigger detection circuit connects the relay and the emergency stop device, and is used to convert the emergency stop signal into a trigger signal. The sticking detection circuit is connected to the trigger detection circuit and the relay, and is used to detect the sticking signal generated by the relay, and generate a power-off signal according to the trigger signal and the sticking signal. The power-off circuit is connected to the emergency stop device, the relay and the sticking detection circuit, and receives the power-off signal, and disconnects the power of the relay according to the power-off signal.

摘要: A linear transmission device includes a screw, a moving member, a return element, and a sensor. The moving member is set in the screw to form a load path therebetween. The return element is set in the moving member and has a return path connected to the load path. The return path and the load path constitute a circulating path for balls to run. The moving member has an internal thread with an ineffective thread section. The moving member has a receiving groove adjacent to the ineffective thread section. The sensor is embedded in the receiving groove of the moving member without affecting the operation of the balls. Thus, the linear transmission device of the present invention can solve the problem of the sensor protruding from the moving member, so that the configuration of the surrounding space and the stroke of the moving member will not be affected.

摘要: A normally closed disc clamp system includes a housing with a rotating disc, a brake ring and a pressure-enhancing ring arranged therein. When only a first chamber is supplied with fluid, the fluid pushes the brake ring to release the rotating disc. When only a second chamber is fed with fluid, the fluid pushes the brake ring to keep the rotating disc in the braking state, and pushes the pressure-enhancing ring to compress an elastic unit. The energy generated by the compression of the elastic unit acts on the brake ring through the fluid, so that the brake ring achieves a double pressurization effect. If the action of the fluid fails, the brake ring can still provide a braking effect to the rotating disc through the elastic unit to improve operational safety. Further, the present invention further provides a rotating table using the normally closed disc clamp system.

The sensor is disposed on one of the sealing members to detect a pressure of the coolant liquid and output an original signal. The signal processing unit is electrically connected to the sensor to receive the original signal and convert the original signal to a digital signal. The cover is disposed on the sensor and fixed to the nut.
