    摘要: A purification system of exhaust gases in an internal combustion engine is disposed to a reaction furnace capable of reducing noxious components of the exhaust gases in an exhaust pipe of the internal combustion engine in order to purify the exhaust gases. The purification system includes a reactor including a honeycomb carrier having a plurality of carrier cells, on each of which a photocatalyst layer is coated, in the reaction furnace, and a plasma generator having a plurality of electrode cells and mounted on an inner end and an outer end of the honeycomb carrier. The honeycomb carrier includes a photocatalyst layer coated on a wall surface of each of the carrier cells, the photocatalyst layer being activated by a plasma optical source.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a high energy density beam welding system using molten metal droplet jetting. The present invention includes a beam emitting unit for emitting a high energy density beam onto a welded portion on a target object; and a molten metal droplet jetting unit for generating molten metal droplets to transfer or spray the molten metal droplets onto the welded portion on the target object, which follows a path of the beam emitting unit. Thus, it has advantages of widening a range of applications and enhancing the productivity and the quality in that a welding can be performed at a high junction efficiency even where a gap is wide, a loss in the high density energy beam is small, and heat distortions of the welded portion can be minimized.

    摘要: A method and device of correcting a welding path of an automatic welding apparatus are disclosed. In order to prevent the deviation of a welding torch from the predetermined welding path due to deformation of structure, a position correction amount is used. The position correction amount is determined by setting a mean welding current for the up-down direction position correction, which is determined by averaging the welding current, and by setting a weight value for the left-right direction position correction, in which the weight value is determined by multiplying the welding current by a weight factor, thereby a welding torch follows the predetermined welding path precisely.
