    Abstract: In the present invention, constructed is a highly reliable system that does not allow unforeseen conditions to occur in the remote diagnosis of a clamp device. All combinations of status of a state detection switch mounted on a clamp device are anticipated in advance by a recursive method, and the states are defined with no omissions. A control unit 9 includes: a main body memory 9c that stores the ON/OFF state of a state switch together with the status of an injection molding machine main body, the clamp status and time information; and a main body communication unit 9d which is capable of short-range wireless communication. A message diagnosing a failure is stored in a smartphone 12 for all combinations of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch for each of the following cases: whether in mold replacement mode or not; and whether a clamp device is in a clamped state or an unclamped state, or in a state other than the forgoing. The history of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch with respect to the status of the main body and the clamp status is read from the main body memory 9c by wireless communication, and a corresponding message is displayed.

The mold (9) is arranged so that the engagement portion (32) faces the locking portion (27) with a predetermined gap above the locking portion (27) in a state where the mold (9) is adsorbed and fixed at a predetermined position on the adsorption surface (8).

    Abstract: Provided is a magnetic clamp device having a disassembly structure that is easy to maintain. In the magnetic clamp device 1, a magnetic pole 21 and an alnico magnet 23 each have fastening holes 21a, 23a that communicate with each other. The cavity portion 31 of the plate body 3 has an opening 33 that penetrates from the bottom surface 32b thereof to the back side of the plate body 3. A cap 7 having a base portion 71 having a bolt hole 74 communicating with the fastening holes 21a, 23a and a flange portion 72 abutting the surface 3b of the back side of the plate body 3 is inserted into the opening 33. A bolt 8 inserted into the fastening hole 23a of the magnetic pole 21 and the alnico magnet 23 from the front side of a magnetic pad 2 is screwed into a female screw thread 74a provided in the bolt hole 74 of the cap 7.

    Abstract: Provided is a magnetic clamp device that is capable of more finely measuring an induced voltage generated in a coil and selecting countermeasures against reductions in magnetization force. Multiple magnet blocks 11, 21 each comprising an invertible magnet 18, the polarity of which can be inverted, and non-invertible magnet 15, are positioned on a surface of a plate PL composed of magnetic body magnetically clamping a mold M1, M2 when in a magnetized state. The magnetic flux traversing the invertible magnet 18; and a control device 33 that determines whether or not there has been a polarity inversion in the induced voltage detected from the coil 31, and if there has been a polarity inversion, warns that the adhesion of the molds M1, M2 has decreased.

    Abstract: A clamp rod (2) is inserted into a housing so as to be movable in a vertical direction. An attachment hole (6) is provided at a left end portion (3a) of a clamp arm (3), which is attachable to and detachable from the clamp rod (2). The attachment hole (6) passes through the left end portion in the vertical direction. An accommodation hole (8) is provided at a position to the upper right of the attachment hole (6). A transmission member (10) and a wedge member (15) configured to be brought into wedge engagement with the transmission member (10) from above are inserted into the accommodation hole (8). At the time of attaching the clamp arm (3) to the clamp rod (2), the wedge member (15) is pressed downward using a tightening bolt (21), and thereby the wedge member (15) presses the attachment hole (6) via the transmission member (10) and the clamp rod (2), and presses the accommodation hole (8).
