The second stage relieves pressure from the enclosed cavity when the pressure is above the cracking pressure of the second stage valve.

摘要: A pressure relief valve assembly includes a pressure relief valve having a valve bushing received in a valve bore of a housing bore, and a valve body biased against a valve seat by a spring guided in the valve bushing. The valve body includes first and second control surfaces subjected in an opening direction, respectively, to a pressure to be limited and to a control pressure. A fixing device disposed on the valve bushing axially supports the valve bushing in the housing bore. The valve bushing has a radially protruding sealing collar which sits against a peripheral wall of the housing bore and seals an annular chamber carrying the pressure to be limited against an annular control chamber carrying the control pressure. Both the chamber and the control chamber are radially delimited on one side by the housing bore and on the other side by the valve body.

摘要: An evacuation unit is configured to remove entrapped fluid from a flow control. These configurations may incorporate devices that can passively discharge fluid in response to loss of system pressure. These devices may use gravity or spring-assist as mechanisms to move fluid out of spaces in the device. This feature mitigates risks that the entrapped fluid freezes and expands, which can cause damage to metal components and lead to extensive downtime of process lines. As an added benefit, the features can reduce product costs or complexity because the proposed designs avoid the need for additional, peripheral “accessories,” like pumps or heating elements, resident at the location of the flow control.

The plunger includes a first damping passage penetrating the plunger and bringing an area outside the plunger and a through passage into communication. The piston includes a second damping passage penetrating the piston and bringing an area inside the piston and the damping chamber into communication. A communication space connected to each of the first damping passage and the second damping passage is formed between the plunger and the piston.

摘要: A controllable vibration damper with damping force control may include a damper tube housing that is filled with damping medium. The controllable vibration damper may also include a damping valve element that is structurally and fluidically connected to the damper tube housing for damping force control. The damping valve element may be configured as a pilot-controlled pressure-limiting valve having a pilot valve. Further, a two-stage pre-throttle valve assembly placed in front of the pilot valve. The damping valve element may be arranged internally with respect to the damper tube housing in some cases. In other cases, the tamping valve element may be arranged externally with respect to the damper tube housing.

摘要: A flow regulating switch valve includes a valve core that includes a switch assembly configured to drive a diaphragm assembly to open or close a water outlet, and also includes a flow regulating assembly that comprises a rotating ring, a sliding block, and a magnet. A control key is configured to control the switch assembly. The rotating ring is connected to the control key and includes an inclined plane that transitions from high to low and is configured to drive the sliding block to slide up and down such that the sliding block drives the magnet to move up and down. The magnet is configured to control the diaphragm assembly to regulate a size of the water outlet.
