Abstract:
A device and method for transcoding digital audio/video streams. Only the video data, from among audio/video data provided in the form of compressed digital streams such as TV broadcast streams, is transcoded, and then the transcoded video data is synchronized with the audio data. To synchronize the transcoded video data with the audio data, original Presentation Time Stamps (PTSs) of the video data before the transcoding are used for the transcoded video data, or new PTSs are used for the transcoded video data and PTSs of the audio data are updated based on the new PTSs. The transcoding and PTS synchronization is performed on the basis of sections having continuous PTS values. Accordingly, degradation of sound quality due to unnecessary audio data transcoding is avoided, while preventing synchronization mismatching between the audio and video data in the transcoding procedure.

The semiconductor light-emitting element includes a light-emitting portion, a first electrode under the light-emitting portion, a second electrode on the light-emitting portion, a passivation layer surrounding the light-emitting portion, and a first structure surrounding the passivation layer. Since the width is increased by the first structure, the aspect ratio (AR) is reduced, the semiconductor light-emitting element moves without being tilted during self-assembly, so that the assembly defect of semiconductor light-emitting element can be prevented, the assembly rate can be improved, and the assembly speed can be increased.

The present disclosure relates to a time alignment timer handling in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user equipment (UE) may initiate a transmission of failure information for a cell group based on detecting a failure on the cell group. The UE may consider a time alignment (TA) timer related to a TA configuration for the cell group as expired based on initiating the transmission of the failure information. After transmitting the failure information, the UE may receive a configuration for failure recovery of the failure on the cell group. The UE may restart the TA timer related to the TA configuration for the cell group based on receiving the configuration for failure recovery.

The present invention relates to an entropy decoding method and to a decoding apparatus using same. The entropy decoding method according to the present invention comprises: a step of decoding a bin of a syntax element; and a step of acquiring information on the syntax element based on the decoded bin. In the step of decoding the bin, context-based decoding or bypass decoding is performed for each bin of the syntax element.

An image encoding/decoding method, a bitstream transmission method, and a computer-readable recording medium for storing a bitstream are provided. The image decoding method according to the present disclosure is an image decoding method performed by an image decoding device, and may be an image decoding method comprising the steps of: obtaining size information from a neural-network post-filter characteristics (NNPFC) supplemental enhancement information (SEI) message; and determining the size of an output picture on the basis of the size information, wherein the size information comprises information on the numerator value of the ratio between the size of the output picture and the size of an input picture and information on the denominator value of the ratio.

An image decoding method according to the present document comprises a step of deriving modified transform coefficients on the basis of an inverse reduced secondary transform (RST) regarding transform coefficients regarding a target block. The inverse RST is performed on the basis of transform sets determined on the basis of a mapping relation following an intra prediction mode applied to the target block, and a transform kernel matrix selected from two transform kernel matrices included in the transform sets, respectively, and and is performed on the basis of whether or not the inverse RST is applied, and a transform index indicating one of the transform kernel matrices included in the transform sets. A syntax element bin string regarding the transform index is decoded on the basis of a different context set according to the tree type regarding the division structure of the target block.

Proposed are a method and an apparatus for receiving a PPDU in a wireless LAN system. Specifically, a reception STA receives a PPDU from a transmission STA through a first band, and decodes the PPDU. The PPDU includes a preamble and a data field. The first band includes first to fourth sub-blocks. The data field includes first data for first and second sub-blocks and second data for third and fourth sub-blocks. The second data is generated on the basis of data obtaining by duplicating the first data and applying phase rotation to the third sub-block.

Disclosed are a method and device for channel allocation in multi-access point operation in a wireless LAN system. A method performed by a first access point (AP) in a wireless LAN system according to an embodiment disclosed herein may comprise the steps of: transmitting channel-related information of the first AP to a second AP; receiving resource allocation information, related to multi-access point operation, from the second AP; and exchanging frames, with one or more STAs associated with the first AP, on a specific resource based on the resource allocation information.

An operation method of a device in a wireless communication system, and a device are provided. The device may be a terminal, a chipset, or a base station. A terminal measures a reference signal in a frequency band configured by a base station, and reports a measurement result to the base station. The terminal may not be able to properly measure a reference signal in the entirety of the configured frequency band. In this case, the terminal operates to omit channel state information reporting for a frequency band in which a reference signal cannot be properly measured. For example, the terminal lowers the priority of the frequency band so that channel state information reporting for the frequency band is omitted.
