摘要: A dispenser has a seal disk (30), a valve member (40), a plunger guide block (50), a motor (3), which rotates a cam-follower guide block (60), and an end cam (5). The seal disk (30) has communication holes (31), (32) and a sliding surface (33). The valve member has a sliding surface (41), three plunger holes (42) and three plungers (80) inserted in the plunger holes. The cam-follower guide block (60) has three guide holes (62) that receive cam followers, which each have a body (70) with a ball (75) within a recess (71). The ball (75) contacts the cam surface (5A) of the cam (5) which causes the cam followers and plungers (80) to move back and forth parallel to the dispenser axis. The coefficient of friction between the ball and the recess is less than that between the ball and the cam surface (5A).

摘要: The liquid discharging device includes a driving mechanism that drives a needle, a measurement plunger member and an inlet valve members that are concentrically-arranged inside a container. The driving mechanism includes: a piezoelectric-element support plate to which piezoelectric elements are attached; a spring for biasing the piezoelectric-element support plate toward a discharge outlet; and a control device adapted to control the piezoelectric elements separately. The piezoelectric-element support plate includes: a base end to which first end sides of the piezoelectric elements are fixed; a drive unit to which second end sides of the piezoelectric elements are fixed; and a displacement expanding portion expanding and outputting a displacement of the drive unit, the drive unit being displaced in conjunction with a expansion and contraction driving of the piezoelectric elements. Since the three members can be driven by the two piezoelectric elements, a driving at high speed can be realized and the liquid discharging device can be easily downsized.

摘要: A diaphragm pump 1 has a base block 2, a diaphragm 8 and a drive unit for driving the diaphragm to reciprocate. The base block 2 has three or more liquid flow paths, each having three recesses 23 through 25 or more recesses. The diaphragm 8 and the respective recesses 23 through 25 define a plurality of valve chambers and the metering chamber The drive unit includes: pressing rods 73 through 75 arranged corresponding to the respective recesses with the diaphragm interposed therebetween; and a pressing member drive controller adapted to execute a liquid discharging operation and a liquid sucking operation at a predetermined timing defined for each of the pressing rods, in which in the liquid discharging operation, each of the pressing rods is moved toward the respective recesses so as to gradually decease the volume of the respective valve chambers and the metering chamber and eventually hermetically seal the metering chamber; while in the liquid discharging operation, each of the pressing rods is moved away from the respective recesses so as to gradually decease the volume of the respective valve chambers and the metering chamber.

摘要: This invention relates to a continuously operable hydraulic device usable as either a hydraulic pump or a hydraulic motor, including a plurality of unit hydraulic devices each having a pair of plungers. Operational association between these unit hydraulic devices makes it possible to discharge fluid at an accurate flow rate continuously or by a predetermined value, or to supply the fluid to rotate a driven component. Four pairs of plungers 51 and 56 are inserted into a port block 20 having a sucking port 25 and a discharge port 26 with the end faces thereof being opposed to each other. These plungers 51 and 56 are moved along a pair of cam surfaces 68A and 68B of a cam 68 by cam followers 69 and 70 which are connected to the plungers 51 and 56 via plunger driving shafts 73 and 75. These pairs of plungers 51, 56, the cam followers 69, 70 and the like constitute the unit hydraulic device 95. The unit hydraulic devices 95, in case of being as the hydraulic pump, are operated in operational association with the driving of the cam 68, and, in case of being as the hydraulic motor, are operated as the rotation of the cam 68 by the supplies of the fluid to spaces formed between the plungers 51 and 56.

摘要: A tube pump includes tubes, hooks, tube receivers, three or more fingers, and a drive mechanism. The tubes each include intermediate tubes, connectors, and end tubes. The tubes are attached by engaging the connectors with the hooks provided on upper and lower sides. The intermediate tubes are provided along the tube receivers. Tube press portions of the fingers are provided between the intermediate tubes. The fingers are driven by the drive mechanism so that the tube press portions are reciprocated between a position where one of the intermediate tubes is squeezed and a position where the other of the intermediate tubes is squeezed.

摘要: A fluid discharging device is provided with diaphragm members 20 and 30. The diaphragm member 30 being a valve member comprises an outlet 35 and a suction passage opening and closing portion 33, and can be moved forward and backward relative to the diaphragm member 20 being a pump member. The diaphragm member 20 comprises an outlet opening and closing portion 25 capable of opening and closing the outlet 35 and a measuring portion 26 capable of changing the volume of a measuring space 42. An outlet opening and closing means 50 opens and closes the outlet 35 by moving the outlet opening and closing portion 25 backward and forward relative to the outlet 35, and opens a liquid suction passage 40 by detaching the suction passage opening and closing portion 33 from the diaphragm member 20. A diaphragm moving means 55 changes the volume of the measuring space 42 by moving the measuring portion 26 forward and backward. The diaphragm member 30 closes the liquid suction passage 40 by pressing the suction passage opening and closing portion 33 against the diaphragm member 20 by its own elasticity.

摘要: A piezoelectric drive device 2 includes cases 4 and 5 and a drive device body 6. The drive device body 6 includes a displacement expanding plate 10, a biasing unit 15 and piezoelectric elements 17 and 18. The displacement expanding plate includes a body 110 biased to rotate by the biasing unit 15, and a displacement expanding portion 120 expanding a displacement when the piezoelectric elements 17 and 18 are expanded to be displaced relative to the body in a direction perpendicular to an expanding direction of the piezoelectric elements. In a state where no voltage is applied to the piezoelectric element, a first driven object 31 is moved by the body that is biased by the biasing unit. When a voltage is applied to the piezoelectric element 17, a second driven object 32 is moved by the displacement portion 120. When the voltage is further applied to the piezoelectric element 17 in a state where the second driven object 32 abuts on an object such that the displacement of the displacement expanding portion is expanded, the body 110 and the first driven object 31 are moved against a biasing force of the biasing unit in a direction opposite to a biasing direction of the biasing unit.
