Abstract:
A transmission method is described between components belonging to a wireless network or system for home automation adapted to operate e.g. sliding or hinged gates, doors or garage doors, shutters, blinds, curtains or blinds in general. The components are network-configured and communicate with a wireless device. To improve quality communication a component according to prefixed criteria selects from a list of at least two predefined channels the communication channel to transmit on.
Abstract:
A control method is described, said method being used within an operating system (10) for roller blinds (20) or the like having an output shaft (SH) of a motor (M) which transfers rotational movement to a drum (40) onto which the roller blind is wound, said method comprising the following steps: —(i) detecting directly or indirectly the force acting on the drum, or on a member connected thereto, and/or the relative position of the drum, or of a member connected thereto, with respect to a part which is fixed and/or integral with the operating system; —(ii) obtaining from the detection operation performed in step (i) a zero value (RZ) representing a stable rest condition of the roller blind; —(iii) starting an automatic closing movement of the roller blind should said force and/or said relative position (RR) vary, with respect to the value (RZ) obtained during step (ii), beyond a predefined threshold (T). The method simplifies the constructional design and installation of the operating system, while providing it with protection against wind and impacts.
Abstract:
It is described a substitution/addition method of components in a home automation wireless system (NT1), for example for sliding or hinged doors or garage doors, shutters, blinds, curtains or blinds in general. The system is equipped with a Master component (M1) and at least one Slave component (S1) that are configured as a network (NT1) using the Master/Slave technique and communicate according to a wireless communication protocol in which—the at least one Slave and/or Master component stores an identifier data that is used in the protocol as identifier of the Master component and/or of the network (NT1), and—the at least one Slave component transmits said identifier data to a component not belonging to the network so that the latter can receive and store it.
Abstract:
A home automation system is described formed by multiple components and a control unit bidirectionally network-connected between each other and adapted to coordinate and/or supervise for safety the maneuver of a movable barrier such as sliding or hinged gates, doors or garage doors, awnings, blinds, curtains or blinds in general, characterized by the fact that the network that connects all the components to the control unit is wireless.
Abstract:
An electrical control safety system is provided comprising two photocells or equivalent sensors applied on a sliding gate, the two photocell systems being composed respectively of at least two transmitters and two receivers, and the control safety system being cyclically able to make the first photocell system operate during a first operating time interval while the second photocell system is disabled, and being cyclically able to make the second photocell system operate, during a second operating time interval, subsequent to the first time interval, while the first photocell system is disabled.
