摘要： An emergency system can access a variety of situational data items, such as video streams, facility information, and present and past incident data. The emergency system identifies data items that may be relevant to a particular incident and provides the relevant data items in one or more user interfaces. For example, the emergency system identifies relevant data items based on the reported location of the incident and the type of incident. As additional incident information is received or entered by telecommunicators, the emergency system can further filter and surface data items likely to be useful in responding to the incident. Certain data items may only be permitted to be viewed by certain types of users, or under certain conditions. The emergency system may ensure that data items are provided to authorized users and in permitted use cases.

摘要： An emergency call data relay includes a frame buffer and a frame handler. The frame buffer stores data frames received from a central system (e.g., a central CPE host). The data frames include call data associated with an emergency call being handled at a remote system (e.g., a PSAP) connected to the central system. The frame handler receives a data frame from the frame buffer, identifies a remote system handling the emergency call associated with the call data based on a network address in the data frame, extracts the call data from the data frame, and generates an output packet for a data gateway. The output packet has a header indicating a particular data gateway profile associated with the identified remote system handling the emergency call.

摘要： A gateway device includes a call handling equipment (CHE) listener interface, an Internet Protocol (IP) interface, a provisioning engine, and a message parsing engine. The CPE listener interface forms a communication channel with a CHE and receives call event data from the CHE. The IP interface communicates with a cloud-based processing system. The provisioning engine receives, from the cloud-based processing system via the IP interface, instructions for parsing data from a data output format of the CHE into a consistent data format of the cloud-based processing system. The message parsing engine parses the call event data received from the CHE via the CHE listener interface, and formats the call event data according to the consistent data format. The gateway device transmits the formatted call event data to the cloud-based processing system via the IP interface.

摘要： A multi-display capture system receives user selections of two or more display areas, such as screens or application windows, generated by a computing device. The multi-display capture system simultaneously captures a video stream of each of the selected display areas. In another display area, the multi-display capture system outputs a combined display that includes each of the captured video streams. The user may select a video stream to enlarge, and the multi-display capture system enlarges the video streams while continuing to display the other video streams. The combined display may be shared with one or more other users.

The supplemental signal indicator is positioned on the map at the location of the emergency, and the supplemental signal indicator has a visual characteristic indicating whether or not the supplemental data signal corresponds to an emergency call received at the PSAP.
