    摘要: A terminal connection structure includes a terminal and an enameled wire. The terminal includes a socket and a conductor crimping portion. The conductor crimping portion includes a first crimping area and a second crimping area, and the first crimping area and the second crimping area are both U-shaped before crimped. The enameled wire is located in the first crimping area and the second crimping area, wherein the enameled wire includes three conducting wires and an enameled film covering the conducting wires. The first crimping area and the second crimping area are crimped to be in a shape of a semi-circular thereby crimping the three conducting wires tightly. Wherein an outer width of the second crimping area after crimped is W2, an outer diameter of the enameled wire is D, a thickness of the second crimping area is t, and the following condition is satisfied: W2≥D×0.8+2t.

    摘要: Disclosed is a power supply device of a rotary compressor, and an electrical connector is installed at a casing of the rotary compressor for electrically connecting a motor installed inside the casing and an external power supply. A planar portion is disposed on a lateral side of the casing for installing the electrical connector, so that the electrical connector installed on a lateral side of the casing of the rotary compressor casing will not cause an increase of height of the rotary compressor to achieve a convenient installation. In addition, a protective cover is mounted onto the planar portion for covering the electrical connector, and the bottom of the protective cover is attached onto the planar portion. The electrical connector is protected by the protective cover without being exposed.

    摘要: A compressor check valve having a valve bolt and a valve bolt cover for noise reduction and mitigation of impact from a valve bolt on the valve bolt cover. A bolt insertion hole is provided in the cover to receive the valve bolt. A pressure conduction hole penetrating from the side of the valve bolt insertion hole of the cover through the exterior of the cover is provided on the cover to connect the high pressure chamber through the valve bolt insertion hole. A buffer section is formed on a top of the valve bolt insertion hole so that the valve bolt is forced by a high pressure coolant to move above and block the pressure conduction hole, the buffer section contains high pressure coolant prevented from being discharged through the pressure conduction hole to create a buffer action when the valve bolt moves upward so as to avoid direct impact against the valve bolt cover.
