摘要： In a body surface bio-potential sensor, and an apparatus for detecting biomedical signals having the same, the body surface bio-potential sensor includes a flexible membrane having a wire layer, a plurality of electrodes attached on a first surface of the membrane at predetermined intervals, each of the plurality of electrodes having a plurality of needles on a surface thereof, each of the plurality of needles having a predetermined height, and a cohesive layer covering the first surface of the membrane, the cohesive layer exposing regions of the flexible membrane corresponding to positions of the plurality of electrodes.

摘要： In a two-way backlight assembly and a two-way LCD apparatus, the two-way backlight assembly provides light emitted from one light source to a first direction where a main LCD panel is placed and to a second direction where a sub LCD panel is placed. Also, a sub mold part for receiving the sub LCD panel comprises a black-colored material so as to prevent reflection of the light. Accordingly, thickness and power consumption of the backlight assembly may be reduced and display quality may be also improved by preventing leakage of the light at ends of the sub LCD panel.

摘要： A self-aligning ion-implantation method for forming multi-gate MOS transistor structures within a semiconductor cell array on a substrate is provided. Each structure includes a plurality of first gate electrode layers and a plurality of second gate electrode layers arranged in an alternating sequence over a channel region between a drain and a source region and insulated from each other. The method includes a step for forming the first gate electrode layers at uniform spaced intervals in that channel region; a step for ion implanting an impurity into a first predetermined channel region located below the space between two of said first gate electrode layers; a step for forming a second gate electrode layer in each space between two first gate electrode layers such that each second gate electrode layer overlaps a portion of the top surface of the two first gate electrode layers adjacent to it; and a step for forming a mask over two of said second gate electrode layers and ion implanting an impurity into a second predetermined channel region below a first gate electrode layer between the two second gate electrode layers, using the mask. The ion implantation is self-aligned due to the positioning of adjacent gate electrode layers.

摘要： A method for transmitting reference signals in a radio communication system in which a frequency band is divided into a plurality of sub-frequency bands. The reference signals are transmitted through at least one of the plurality of sub-frequency bands, and data signals are transmitted through the plurality of sub-frequency bands except for the at least one of the plurality of sub-frequency bands. The method includes the steps of: determining a reference signal pattern representing positions of the at least one of the plurality of sub-frequency bands through which the reference signals are transmitted in consideration of a preset time and a preset bandwidth; generating the reference signals using a PN code and a Walsh code; and transmitting the reference signals through the sub-frequency bands corresponding to the reference signal pattern.

摘要： A test device for testing a plurality of Digital Signal Processor Integrated Circuits Incorporated as a finished product in a digital video apparatus comprises: a plurality of Digital Signal Processor Integrated Circuits (DSP ICs) for processing a signal from a test signal generator as a digital signal and outputting the digitally processed signal, the test signal generator being disposed at an input end of the plurality of DSP ICs; a monitor for monitoring an output from the DSP IC being tested. It is possible to check in a simple manner the operating state of each IC connected to other DSP ICs as well as the production and assembly state of the PCB as a finished digital video apparatus. Furthermore, it is possible to check for damage of the parts or an error which may be generated during connection of the ICs to the lines on the PCB in the manufacturing of the products as well as defects caused during shipping of assembled IC components in a DSP apparatus.
