摘要： To provide a fuel cell separator having excellent strength, electrical conductivity, and gas barrier property, the present invention provides a fuel cell separator comprising a plate that contains, as constituent materials thereof, graphite in a particulate or fiber form and resin in a particulate or fiber form; and a barrier layer having a better gas barrier property than that of the plate. The plate comprises, on a surface thereof, a groove serving as a flow path. The barrier layer covers at least a surface on a front side and a surface on a rear side of the plate including the groove and the surfaces of the plate other than the groove.
