摘要: To provide elastic fabric that has comfortable wear and fit even in thin and light fabric by using a high-powered polyurethane elastic fiber that has at least 1.5 times the active force and recovery per unit fineness at the time of 100 to 200% elongation compared to conventional polyurethane elastic fiber. Resolution means an elastic fabric comprising a polyurethane elastic fiber made of a polyol, with a molecular weight between 450 and 1600 with a ratio of weight average molecular weight to number average molecular weight of at least 1.8, an organic diisocyanate compound, and a diamine compound.

摘要: To provide a polyurethane elastic yarn that is superior in unwinding properties and adhesive properties in respect to a hot melt adhesive agent, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. A polyurethane elastic yarn wherein the main structural component of the polyurethane is a polymer diol or diisocyanate; and includes a polymer that includes, as the main structural unit, a structural unit that uses an aromatic olefin and/or an aliphatic diolefin as a monomer, and is partially hydrogenated or completely hydrogenated.

摘要: Problem To provide a polyurethane elastic yarn having good heat setting properties in a wide temperature range and high thermal adhesive strength in a wide temperature range while also maintaining its elastic properties (permanent deformation and elongation). Solution A polyurethane elastic yarn comprising polyurethane polymer [A] and polyurethane polymer [B] below, wherein the ratio of polyurethane polymer [A] to polyurethane polymer [B] in terms of parts by mass is from 1:99 to 30:70 or from 70:30 to 99:1, the exothermic peak (crystallization peak) of the polyurethane elastic yarn as measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) is in the range from 110° C. to 210° C., and the heat capacity at the exothermic peak is 3.0 J/g or more and 100 J/g or less. Polyurethane polymer [A]: a polyurethane polymer using as starting materials polymer diol A whose main chain repeating unit is an ether or an ester, diisocyanate A whose main skeleton is aromatic or aliphatic, and a single low molecular weight diol A having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms CA serving as a chain extender. Polyurethane polymer [B]: a polyurethane polymer using as starting materials polymer diol A, diisocyanate A, and a single low molecular weight diol B having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms CB more than CA serving as a chain extender.

摘要: [Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide a polyurethane elastic fiber with excellent textile properties and textile property stability over time by including in the polyurethane elastic fiber a specific polyurethane having in the molecular structure a salt structure in which specific functional groups are ionically bonded to each other, and to provide a method for producing such a polyurethane elastic fiber. Another object of the present invention is to provide a polyurethane elastic fiber that allows for easier inventory control and processing condition management of fibers when used, and that can be used to obtain fabrics with stable fabric properties and fabric quality, and to provide a method for producing such a polyurethane elastic fiber. [Solution] A polyurethane elastic fiber comprising polyurethane A and additive B below. Polyurethane A: A polyurethane using as starting materials a polymer diol, a diisocyanate, and a chain extender, and not having a tertiary amine in the skeleton. Additive B: A polyurethane or polyurea using as starting materials a diol and/or a diamine and a diisocyanate, and having a tertiary amine nitrogen bonded only to a non-aromatic carbon in the skeleton, the tertiary amine nitrogen bonding ionically to a sulfonic acid compound to form a sulfonic acid amine.

摘要: Elastic yarn wound body packages able to simplify processing of a tail yarn of an elastic yarn when manufacturing a fabric, or the like, continuously by simultaneous vertical take-up unwinding of a multistage elastic yarn through providing elastic yarn wound body packages on a multistage stand are provided. The elastic yarn wound body package comprises a paper tube and an elastic yarn wound body, wherein: the paper tube has a groove in the circumferential direction, perpendicular to the paper tube axis, between an end portion of the elastic yarn wound body and an end portion of the paper tube; a tail yarn of the elastic yarn wound body is wound into the groove; and a wire-shaped object or tape-shaped object that crosses at least a portion of the yarn bundle of the tail yarn is held thereby. Also provided are paper tubes comprising, in the vicinity of at least one end, a tail thread wrapping groove having parallel edges along a circumferential direction perpendicular to the axis of the paper tube, the paper tube comprising a recession, the maximum width of which is greater than the width of the tail thread wrapping groove and the deepest part of which is deeper than the tail thread wrapping groove, over the tail thread wrapping groove or an extension of the tail thread wrapping groove and elastic thread reel packages comprising these paper tubes.
