摘要： A threshing machine and an improved thresher rotor (10) therefor, the rotor having a central rotor tube (12), a plurality of radially extending annular collars (14) spaced therealong, and peripheral reinforcing bars (16) extending along the collars (14). Apertures (26) positioned adjacent the periphery (22) and similarly adjacent the reinforcing bars (16) receive elongate rods (28) therethrough along the length of the rotor (10). The elongate rods (28) retain a desired number of blades (32) in a pivotal manner, within annular channels (34) formed between the annular collars (14). The reinforcing bars (16) are positioned forward in rotation with respect to the elongate rods (28) in a manner allowing the reinforcing bars (16) to function as a heel for the blades (32).

摘要： A cutting and threshing blade for a bush hog, wherein the blade has a trailing edge and a leading edge. At least a third of the leading edge of the upper-side of an elongate distal portion of the blade has a knife edge with a knife length that thickens toward the trailing edge. The trailing edge can have an upward air deflector. The bottom-side of the elongate distal portion has a threshing element, which includes a threshing block, which is a steel block having a block length that is comparable to the knife length and projects downward and substantially parallel to the knife edge. The rotating blades pummel growth carriers (i.e.; cob, husk) bearing seeds, grains, and kernels with enough force that they are released. The synergistic rotating knife edge and threshing block transform the bush hogging process from a cutting process to a cutting and threshing process.

摘要： A threshing device includes a threshing part with a rotatable unit which includes at least a flail and a concave which surrounds the rotatable unit. The concave is rotatably arranged in an opposite direction in relation to the rotatable unit. The threshing device includes a cleaning part with a rotatably mounted sieve, which surrounds the concave. A fan is arranged to provide an air stream towards the sieve for preventing the cleaned parts of the threshed material to pass through the sieve. The air stream is also arranged to transport out the cleaned parts which are collected in a space between the sieve and the concave.

摘要： An apparatus and method for separating plant flowers from stalks by means of a lateral rotating tube having a plurality of flexible, elongated members affixed to and extending radially outward from the tube. The apparatus may include a platform and a frame supporting the tube above the platform to accommodate plants held between the platform and the tube so that when the tube is rotating, the elongated members affixed thereto brush against the plants and cause the flowers to brush off at and separate from the stalks. The frame further supports a housing to form a contained space, with a hood to direct the flow of flowers after separation from the stalks. The back wall is positioned a distance away from the platform to allow separated flower and stalk to be eliminated from the apparatus.

摘要： A one-handed, self-contained, light-weight syringe for use in applying suction during a surgical operation includes a standardized syringe mounted into a longitudinally cut tube with a wheel attached at a right angle to the tube axis. The surgeon-operator, by turning this wheel with his fingers, may operate the syringe and control the amount of suction. The wheel is fastened to a pinion gear which rotates on a fixed shaft causing a rack and syringe plunger to move relative to the syringe barrel. This device allows the syringe barrel to move very smoothly and also enables the surgeon-operator complete freedom of one hand.
