    摘要: A fluid flow emitter is provided, which is to be mounted within a fluid distribution tube to control the rate at which fluid is distributed from the tube. The emitter may include a cylindrical body having a pair of raised radially-extending annular portions extending circumferentially around the emitter. These raised portions define a fluid flow path. The body may define a multiplicity of apertures making up an aperture region disposed between the radially-extending annular portions. A flow control section is also provided which includes an upstream end and a downstream end. A fluid distribution region is also provided, into which the flow control section discharges. The fluid distribution region is in fluid interconnection with at least one orifice defined in the fluid distribution tube.

    摘要: A cylindrical, or part cylindrical, diaphragm for a drip emitter is disclosed, the diaphragm having a depressed labyrinthine path in the outer face thereof. The path is constituted by a groove, there being one or more holes in the diaphragm which place one end of the groove in communication with the interior of the diaphragm. The diaphragm has a thinner area which forms a distortable membrane. The other end of the groove communicates with the space which lies radially outwardly of the membrane. The diaphragm is placed in a cylindrical holder which has a hole in the walling thereof. Said membrane extends over the hole in the holder.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an emitter that can properly exhibit a flow rate adjustment function even when produced by molding a resin material having low hardness. The emitter has an emitter body and a base part stored in the emitter body. The emitter body comprises a water intake part, a reduced-pressure flow path groove, a storage part, and a diaphragm part. The base part has a base, a communication hole, and a deformation prevention part that is disposed protruding from the reverse surface to the surface of the base which the diaphragm part deformed by the pressure of a drip irrigation liquid contacts, and when the diaphragm part contacts the base by the pressure of the drip irrigation liquid, contacts the tube to prevent the base from being deformed by the pressure of the drip irrigation liquid.

    摘要: A modular in-line drip emitter may include a flow restrictor and a replaceable attachment. The flow restrictor may provide fluid communication between an inlet and a fluid outlet chamber. The flow restrictor may include rate limiting fluid path producing a predefined range of flow rate over a predefined pressure differential range between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. The attachment may be sized and shaped to mount to the flow restrictor. In some embodiments the attachment includes an inlet opening oriented for receiving fluid from a conduit and a fluid outlet attachable to the fluid inlet of the flow restrictor. In some embodiments the attachment includes a sleeve fitting into a conduit with an annular outlet chamber attachable to the outlet chamber of the flow restrictor.
