摘要： Stable injectable compositions comprising glucagon or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or hydrate thereof are disclosed, which comprise (a) a therapeutically effective amount of glucagon; (b) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable solvent; (c) at least one stabilizing agent; (d) at least one sugar; and (e) optionally, at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient; wherein said injectable solution is stable and ready-to-use, and wherein pH of the said solution ranges from 3.8 to 4.2. Preferably, the composition is provided in a sealed container, e.g., an ampoule, a vial, a pre-filled syringe or an auto-injector. Further, stable injectable solutions are disclosed, which comprise glucagon or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or hydrate thereof, and which are suitable for subcutaneous, intravenous or intramuscular administration. Methods for manufacturing stable injectable solutions of glucagon are also disclosed.

摘要： The present invention is related to methods of stabilizing an ophthalmic drug by adding a surfactant and a viscosity enhancer to the ophthalmic drug to create a composition wherein the composition has a viscosity of about 25 centipoise or less at a shear rate of 1/1000 per second at 25 degrees Celsius and a viscosity of about 70 centipoise or more at shear rate of 1 per second at 25 degrees Celsius, filling the composition into a container; and storing the container at a temperature from about 2 degrees Celsius to about 25 degrees Celsius. The present invention is further directed to a container prepared by the methods of the present invention.

摘要： Topical pain relief compositions include a cannabinoid, terpenoid, and skin penetration system that includes dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), a fatty component, and at least one compatibilizer. The composition may be in the form of an emulsion that contains water and at least one fatty component. The composition can be used to reduce or eliminate pain by direct topical application to an affected part or region of the body. A method of treating pain may include direct topical application of the composition to a joint, ligament, muscle, tendon, or disk. The composition penetrates through the skin to provide localized pain relief where applied and provides a quantity of cannabinoid in the region of the pain instead of distributing the cannabinoid systemically and/or to the brain or central nervous system. The composition may be applied by rubbing or massaging at the treatment site and/or by a bandage, patch or other barrier layer.
