摘要: The present application relates to the technical field of linkage mechanisms, and provides a linkage operation assembly, a fall protection device and a fall protection system. The linkage operation assembly includes a fixed main body configured to be installed on an outer support surface of a rail and move along the rail; a second wheel body assembly installed on the fixed main body for rolling along an inner support surface of the rail and including a second wheel set and a drive rotary shaft; a third wheel body assembly installed on the fixed main body for rolling along an inner support surface of the rail and including a third wheel set and a driven rotary shaft; and a linkage member disposed between the drive rotary shaft and the driven rotary shaft. When the drive rotary shaft of the linkage operating assembly rotates, the second wheel set is driven to rotate, and the driven rotary shaft and the third wheel set are driven to rotate through the linkage member. Therefore, during the installation process of the linkage operation assembly, only the drive rotary shaft needs to be rotated to switch the state of the linkage operation assembly, so as to facilitate the installation of the linkage operation assembly. Similarly, when the linkage operation assembly is disassembled, only the drive rotary shaft needs to be rotated.

摘要: The invention discloses a rail type anti-falling safety device including a primary bearing block, an anti-falling tongue through-groove is opened on an upper end face of the primary bearing block, an anti-falling tongue pin is provided in the through-groove, an anti-falling tongue is provided on and rotatable about the anti-falling tongue pin, the anti-falling tongue is pressed tightly against a T-shaped steel-rail surface under the action of an elastic element, the anti-falling tongue has a cam structure at the end pressed against the T-shaped steel rail surface and a hanging loop at the end far from the end pressed against the T-shaped steel rail surface. A first clamping block is provided on a lower end face of the primary bearing block. The invention allows adjustments to the groove width of the anti-falling device while the safety and reliability is ensured, thereby providing uninterrupted personal safety guarantee for the worker.

摘要: A bifurcation method and system for a passive continuous belay system that allows for a user to select multiple pathways using intermediate tracks. A main track and the intermediate tracks provide a linear passive continuous belay using an anchor mechanism that is configured to grasp the outside of the structural member track, using rolling elements and/or low-friction sliding. The user may select multiple pathways using intermediate lateral tracks to provide Cartesian movement at designated (e.g., perpendicular) transition or junction points. Desired tracks may be selected by a user via sliding along a support plate or track in a junction box and/or by rotating a portion of the junction box. Amusement attraction activities that include non-harnessed play may be intertwined or located adjacent to activities utilizing harnessed play.

摘要: A cleaning mechanism having a water spray function adapted for cleaning photovoltaic panel is provided, which includes a cleaning rack, a cleaning member and a sweeping member. Cleaning rack includes several connecting rods detachably connected; Cleaning member is detachably mounted between the connecting rods and used for stripping off adhesive materials on photovoltaic panel; the sweeping member being detachably mounted on connecting rods and used for sweeping the adhesive materials away from the photovoltaic panel. A water spray device is detachably mounted on the cleaning rack used for wetting adhesive materials. The water spray device includes a water spray pipe and a water storage tank, and a spray nozzle atomizing water. A cleaning member power unit is detachably connected with the cleaning member and is used for driving the cleaning member to rotate; and the cleaning member power unit comprises a self-locking device used for preventing cleaning member from idling.

摘要: The cable grab safety device releasably attaches a workman's safety lanyard to a steel cable. A primary frame constructed of an elongated U-shaped bracket having a pair of spaced apart parallel side plates fits around the cable. A secondary frame also comprised of a pair of side plates fits within the U-shaped bracket after the cable is inserted. The secondary frame carries a brake in the form of a pulley mounted in an elongated slot movable toward or away from the cable. A lever attached to a worker's lanyard moves the pulley only in the inward direction to engage the cable in the event of a fall. A bent pin connected between the primary and secondary frames allows for limited pivotal and axial movement between them allowing the cable to be inserted into the U-shaped bracket. A separate locking pin secures the frame members together.

摘要: An obstacle crossing mechanism, adapted and arranged on a cleaning rack of a photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment configured to clean photovoltaic panel arrays is disclosed. The cleaning rack includes connecting rods detachably-connected, and fixed rods arranged on respective connecting rods. The obstacle crossing mechanism includes a moving rack and a fixed rack, in which moving rack is used for temporarily stopping photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment; and the fixed rack is located below the moving rack and the moving rack ascends or descends on the fixed rack. A telescopic mechanism is further provided with the obstacle crossing mechanism so that the two mechanisms together facilitates the photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment to travel from a photovoltaic panel array to reach another photovoltaic panel array during cleaning process of photovoltaic panels without requiring any human assistance, thus achieve total automation.

摘要: A correction mechanism, mounted on a cleaning rack of a photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment, for cleaning photovoltaic panels is disclosed. Cleaning rack includes four connecting rods which are detachably connected; the correction mechanism includes a first correction guide wheel and a second correction guide wheel, the first correction guide wheel and second correction guide wheel are both detachably mounted on the third connecting rod, and when the cleaning rack stably moves on photovoltaic panel, the first correction guide wheel and the second correction guide wheel are not in contact with side surfaces of lower edges of the photovoltaic panel. By adopting the correction mechanism and the photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment having the correction mechanism provided by the present invention, the body of the photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment can be enabled to stably move on the photovoltaic panels when the photovoltaic panels are inclined, thus preventing shaking from occurring.

摘要: A self-locking mechanism which is mounted in a moving mechanism of a photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment is disclosed. The moving mechanism includes driving wheels driven by driving motors, and the driving wheels being diagonally and detachably mounted. The self-locking mechanism includes self-locking units arranged between the driving motor and the driving wheel of the moving mechanism, and is used for realizing self-locking of the respective driving wheel. By adopting the self-locking mechanism and the photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment having the self-locking mechanism, when the body of the photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment stops on the photovoltaic panel with a gradient, the body can be prevented from falling off due to the effect of gravity.
