The components communicate through supply lines (9) with collectors ( 10). The collectors convey the filtered gas away. The line supplying each group accommodates a lance (15). The lance injects a fluid for sweeping the components clean. A transducer (16) downstream of the filter components detects the pressure of the filtered gas in the line. A change in pressure reveals a malfunction.

摘要： Disclosed is a hot gas filter system employing ceramic tube filters, or candles, in which the ratio of filter surface to system cross-section can exceed 50. The system includes a pressure vessel having an internal wall dividing the pressure vessel into first and second vessel portions, a gas inlet for directing a hot gaseous stream having particulate matter entrained therein into the first portion and a gas outlet for exhausting a filtered gaseous stream from the second vessel portion, a plurality of gas filter units supported by the internal wall and extending into the first vessel portion. Each filter unit includes a central gas plenum having an outer wall with one end of the outer wall attached to the internal wall, and a plurality of filter modules supported by the central gas plenum. Each module includes a ceramic tube, and support structure extending from the central gas plenum for supporting the ceramic tube and communicating gas between the ceramic tube and the central gas plenum. A backflow of gas is provided through the plurality of gas filter units to the ceramic tubes for periodically dislodging particulate matter from the outer surface of the tubes.

摘要： Filter racks are disclosed that are adjustable to accommodate filters of various thicknesses. The filter racks may include an insert that can be positioned within the base of the filter rack in two or more positions to adjust the receiving width of the filter rack. A perforated tab of the insert may be unbent to position the insert within the base at a smaller width, and the tab may be bent to position the insert within the base at a larger width. The insert also may include a divider that can be positioned within the base to reduce the width of the filter rack. Further, a rotating guide may be attached to detents within walls of the filter rack compartment. The guide may be biased at various angles to accommodate filters of different widths.

摘要： An air filter device including a first air filter that captures dust from intake air and includes a rim, a filtering surface surrounded by the rim, and a grid dividing the filtering surface into a plurality of sections. A base includes an opening, through which air is drawn, and a frame, which surrounds the opening. The first air filter is coupled to the frame at an upstream side of the opening. A cleaner includes a rotation brush that moves along an upstream surface of the first air filter while rotating to remove dust from the first air filter. A support contacts and supports the rim and the frame at a downstream side of the first air filter against pressing forced applied to the first air filter by the rotation brush.
