The device includes: a waste bag suspension member formed with an upper portion around which an opening of a flexible waste bag may be spanned; a lid movable between an open position, wherein waste may be added to a waste bag through the upper portion of the waste bag suspension member, and a closed position, wherein the lid covers the upper portion of the waste bag suspension member so that an at least partially closed volume may be formed between the lid and the waste bag; and a suction member adapted to evacuate air from the at least partially closed volume. The lid is perforated so that the suction device may evacuate the air through the perforation(s) in the lid. There is also disclosed a system for compressing waste as well as a method for operating the system.

摘要： An air filter element includes a filter arrangement, an elbow, and a filter element seal member. The filter arrangement includes a filter media pack having a dirty air inlet and a clean air outlet, wherein air flowing through the clean air outlet flows in a first axial direction and the clean air outlet defines a filter arrangement cross sectional area. The elbow has a first end constructed to extend from the filter arrangement clean air outlet, a second end wherein air flowing through the second end flows in a second axial direction, and an air flow enclosure extending from the elbow first end to the elbow second end. The air flow enclosure includes an air deflector constructed to direct air from the first axial direction to the second axial direction, wherein the second axial direction is different from the first axial direction, and an interior volume between the elbow first end and the elbow second end. The filter element seal member is located on the elbow second end, wherein the filter element seal member is constructed to seal to a clean air intake, the filter element seal member located on the elbow second end defining a seal member cross sectional area. The filter element can be characterized as having a ratio of the seal member cross sectional area to the filter arrangement cross sectional area of at least 0.5. The filter element can have a z-filter media pack for a pleated media pack. The air filter element can be arranged in an air cleaner.

摘要： A filter arrangement for filtering dust-laden air generated by a hand-guided power tool having a motor features a filter cartridge having a hollow casing with a longitudinal extension along a longitudinal axis, a hollow filter element located inside the hollow casing, having a longitudinal extension along the longitudinal axis, an air inlet port in the hollow casing, pneumatically connected to the power tool to allow the dust-laden air generated by the power tool to flow into the hollow casing, and an air outlet port in the hollow casing, to allow filtered air to leave the filter cartridge. An external chamber of the filter cartridge is formed between the hollow casing and the hollow filter element. An internal chamber is formed inside the hollow filter element. The internal chamber is closed by a conical head portion at a first end of the internal chamber facing towards the air inlet port. The external chamber is in pneumatic connection with the air inlet port and the internal chamber at a second end opposite to the first end is in pneumatic connection with the air outlet port. The filter arrangement includes an active airflow generating device being in pneumatic connection with the air outlet port and the internal chamber of the filter cartridge in order to generate or support the airflow through the filter cartridge.

摘要： A system and method for automatically cleaning air filters of a medical imaging system is provided. The method includes monitoring an air filter operating condition, determining that the air filter operating condition is not within a pre-determined threshold, and providing a control signal to at least one air filter. The at least one air filter comprises a motor, drive shaft, rotatable passive shaft, continuous belt air filter, and a stationary filter brush. The drive shaft is rotatably coupled to the motor. The continuous belt air filter is coupled to the drive shaft and the passive shaft. The stationary filter brush is mounted against the continuous belt air filter. The method includes rotating, by the motor in response to the control signal, the drive shaft to translate the continuous belt air filter around and between the drive shaft and the rotatable passive shaft, and across the stationary filter brush.

In certain embodiments, the air purifier may ensure safety to users while efficiency in removing contaminants can be greatly improved.
