摘要: Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to foam generation and provide a novel and non-obvious insert for a foam generation apparatus. In an embodiment of the invention, an insert for a foam generator includes a cylindrical cage and a multiplicity of fins extending from an interior portion of the cage towards a longitudinal axis of the cage, and at an inclined angle relative to the axis. The insert further includes at least one pad contacting the interior portion of the cage in a volume defined by opposing sets of the fins and the interior portion of the cage.

摘要: A method, apparatus, and system for obtaining a solution from a solid product are disclosed. A solid product is housed in a dispenser. A liquid is introduced into the housing of the dispenser to interact with the solid product to form a solution. To control the concentration of the formed solution, the turbulence of the liquid introduced to the dispenser is controlled and adjusted either manually or on a real time basis to account for varying characteristics of either or both of the solid product and the liquid. The dispenser will adjust the turbulence based on the characteristics to maintain a formed solution within an acceptable range of concentration. The concentrated solution can then be discharged from the dispenser to an end use application.

摘要: A foam generating device includes a detergent sending unit and a scale mixing unit. The detergent sending unit has a water supply motor and a pipe. The water supply motor is connected to the pipe, and the pipe is connected exteriorly a container wherein holds detergent. The scale mixing unit has a first electromagnetic valve and a second electromagnetic valve. The first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are installed on a pipe of the scale mixing unit. The pipe of scale mixing unit is connected to the pipe of the detergent sending unit, and the pipe of the scale mixing unit is also exteriorly connected to an air compressor. A foam generating device is constituted accordingly, which enables the mixture of highly compressed air and detergent, generating foam for vehicle, floor or door/window cleanings, with simplified structure and convenient control.

摘要: A liquid dilution device is provided to prevent choking at a jet for adjusting the flow amount of a special liquid. In the liquid dilution device in which the special liquid from a liquid supply passage 33 of a liquid intake device 29, is introduced to a diluent passage 12 formed in a main body 10 through a jet 22, an air intake opening 37 and a plug 38 to open and close the air intake opening 37 are provided at the liquid intake device 29 to connect the liquid supply passage 33 and atmospheric air. At the state that air from the air intake opening can be introduced to the diluent passage 12 through the jet 22 with the plug 38 opened, high velocity air passes through the jet 22 due to negative pressure generated at the diluent passage 12, by making water pass through the diluent passage 12. Due to the high velocity air, the special liquid stuck to the jet 22 is removed and the jet 22 is cleaned.

摘要: A fluid or detergent mixer comprises a body (2) in which is located a rotatable eductor tube (4) with a venturi throat (17) and a knob (3) to rotate the tube. The mixer has a suction line (5) to draw detergent from the bottom of a detergent container (6) and mix it with the water as it flows and finally through the eductor via a control valve (13) and air gap (14). The eductor tube may have two or more metering orifices (22) which are brought, selectively, into alignment with the detergent suction line (5). for convenience the fluid mixer is supplied to the end user with the detergent container already attached.
