    摘要: A system (100) for processing of paddy comprises a set of processing stations, a set of field instruments (101), a local control unit (102), a cloud server (103) and remote control devices (104). Further the set of field instruments (101) are configured to collect data from set of processing stations monitor a processing station from the set of processing stations. Further the local control unit (102) comprises a processor coupled to a memory. Further, the processor is configured to execute a set of instructions for receiving the data from the set of field instruments (101). Further, the processor compares the data with pre-determined thresholds and generates set of commands corresponding to target field instrument. Based the comparison, the processor identifies the target processing station, corresponding to target field instrument, and transmitting the set of commands to the target processing station, thereby controlling the set of processing stations for paddy processing.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a cleaning process of wheat flour milling for peeling off the pericarp only, and a set of equipment for implementing the process. The method comprises four stages, namely, cleaning of raw wheat, pericarp peeling-off, cleaning of glossy wheat, and conditioning stage, wherein the peeling-off stage comprises a dampening step and a stirring step. The process only debrans most of the pericarp, without damaging the seed coat. Thus, this greatly reduces the probability of the seed coat being grinded into gluten powder and mixed into wheat flour, thereby reducing the ash content in the wheat flour. The set of equipment obviates a washer, thus conserving water resource and preventing water pollution.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing wash-free rice which does not require washing before cooking. The method comprises the following steps: preparing polished rice from brown rice polished by a built-in rice polishing machine and sifted by a built-in sifting machine and/or polished rice from outside sources; preparing rice polishing bran (parched bran) used as an abrasive; preparing a mixture consisting of the polished rice and the abrasive in a desired ratio; stirring the mixture in a tank by revolving stirring blades such that the polished rice and the abrasive are mutually rubbed in order to strip sticking bran including skin bran and foreign debris from the surfaces of the rice grains; sifting the stirred mixture in order to separate bran from the rice; separating residual sticking bran and foreign debris from rice grains in order to obtain finished wash-free rice; and recovering the separated bran for recycling as the abrasive.

Preferably, the coarse fraction obtained in step (2) is subjected to a heat-moisture treatment, and the heat-moisturized fraction is pulverized by impact grinding in step (3).

    摘要: The present invention provides a process to remove the bran and the germ from the endosperm of a corn kernel. The process includes use of an apparatus having a chamber to induce rubbing between adjacent corn kernels to remove bran and an apparatus for germ removal having frictional cylindrical rollers rotating substantially parallel to one another, in opposing directions, and tensioned to impart low-impact friction forces to each corn kernel drawn between the roller surfaces. The process of the present invention includes a tempering step including adding an amount of moisture to the bran of the corn kernel by wetting and soaking the corn kernel; a bran removal step for removing substantially all bran from the corn by rubbing corn kernels together; a second tempering step including adding an additional amount of moisture to the exposed germ by wetting and soaking the exposed germ; and a degermination step to fracture the endosperm about the germ, substantially freeing the germ from the endosperm.
