Abstract:
A nozzle comprising: a main body having a sidewall, a first end and, a second end, wherein the main body has a central channel extending from the first end to the second end and at least one aperture extending through the sidewall distal to the second end and a retention means is positioned within the channel positioned between the second end and the at least one aperture; a collar having a lip disposed at a first end and a securement means disposed at a second end adjustably attached to the main body, wherein a cavity is formed between the main body and the collar and in a first position the lip creates a tight seal with the main body; a blocker positioned within the channel of the main body, wherein the blocker freely rotating about a central axis of the channel; and a means of axially retaining the blocker within the channel.
Abstract:
A nozzle is disclosed for use within a filter for inputting a jetting stream into the filter media to clean the filter media. The nozzle comprises an inlet for communication with a jetting stream source, and a plurality of plates stacked parallel and abutting one another. The plurality of plates comprises at least a top plate and a bottom plate, one of the plates having an aperture through the center thereof for receiving the jetting stream, wherein between adjacent plates at least one space is provided extending from the outside edge of the plates to the interior of plates and in fluid communication with the aperture for channeling the jetting stream radially outward from and substantially parallel with the longitudinal plane of the plate.

Abstract:
A trigger-type liquid ejector includes: an ejector main body; and nozzle member provided with an ejection hole. The ejector main body includes: a vertical supply pipe for sucking-up liquid; an ejection barrel communicating with the inside of the vertical supply pipe; and a trigger mechanism including a trigger, the trigger being arranged to be movable rearward in state of receiving forward force, and the trigger mechanism being lead liquid from the vertical supply pipe into the ejection barrel in accordance with rearward movement of the trigger and to eject the liquid from the ejection barrel. The nozzle member is provided with: a cylinder communicating with the inside of the ejection barrel through a supply hole; a plunger accommodated in the cylinder to be movable rearward in a state of receiving forward force; and a communication hole allowing the inside of the cylinder and ejection hole to communicate with each other.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve that is made superior in atomization performance by preventing an influence of minute deformation occurring when an orifice plate is assembled to a nozzle body, thereby reducing fuel leakage from a swirling passage to increase the strength of a swirl flow. The valve includes a valve body openable and closable to jet fuel; a nozzle body having a valve seat surface capable of coming into contact with the valve body to block the jet of fuel; and an orifice plate disposed downstream of the valve seat surface and having a plurality of fuel injection holes adapted to jet swirl fuel. The nozzle body has an end face portion with a downwardly convex inclined surface.
Abstract:
A two-substance nozzle for spraying a liquid-gas mixture, including a nozzle housing including at least one liquid inlet leading into a mixing chamber and at least one gas inlet leading into the mixing chamber, a swirl insert, an outlet chamber between the swirl insert and an outlet opening on the downstream end of the outlet chamber, wherein a restrictor is provided on the downstream end of the mixing chamber and an intermediate chamber is provided between the restrictor and the swirl insert.
Abstract:
A shower arm for a shower WC or a bidet comprising a spherical swirl chamber for generating swirl in the shower jet and a corresponding shower device and a corresponding shower WC.
Abstract:
A wear part includes at least one wear component made from abrasion-resistant material and an upper seal groove around a central aperture on the upper face of the wear part. The upper seal groove is adapted to receive an axially compressible seal. A spray nozzle assembly includes at least one wear part made from a hard and abrasion-resistant material and a protective housing made from a strong and resilient material and having a downstream chamber adapted to receive one or more of the wear parts in releasably trapped relationship, the downstream chamber having a wall including a post defined by a slot in the downstream chamber wall either side of the post, the post including an inwardly extending protuberance at or near its end and adapted to prevent the wear part from escaping from the downstream chamber.
Abstract:
A device is disclosed which is intended for spraying a pressurized liquid, in particular water, and brings about a good cleaning action despite a low volume flow. The device comprises a plurality of swirl chambers (14), wherein each of the swirl chambers has at least one inlet for feeding the liquid into the respective swirl chamber and an outlet nozzle (18) in order for a liquid jet to exit from the swirl chamber. A liquid stream entering into the device is distributed between the inlets of the swirl chambers by means of an arrangement of inflow channels. The outlet nozzles are inclined in relation to one another such that the exiting liquid jets come into contact with one another at a predetermined distance from the outlet nozzles. This achieves an improved cleaning action. The device may be designed, for example, as a mouthpiece for a sanitary outflow fitting, as a showerhead, etc.
