Abstract: A fluid dispensing device comprises a housing body, a fluid container, a reciprocating piston fluid pump, a primary drive element and a spray tip. The housing body is configured to be carried and supported by an operator of the hand held airless fluid dispensing device during operation. The fluid container is supported by the housing body. The reciprocating piston fluid pump is coupled to the housing body and comprises at least two pumping chambers configured to be actuated out of phase by at least one piston. The primary drive element is coupled to the housing body and connected to the reciprocating piston fluid pump to actuate the at least one piston. The spray tip is connected to an outlet of at least one of the pumping chambers.

An airless spray tip comprises a barrel, a fluid passage, a spray orifice and a tip seat. The barrel extends in an axial direction. The fluid passage extends through the barrel transverse to the axial direction. The spray orifice is disposed in the fluid passage. The tip seat is disposed in the fluid passage.

Abstract: A sample dispenser is provided allowing a consumer to sample a product. The dispenser includes a dosing unit having a mechanical pump and a nozzle for dispensing sampling amounts of the flowable substance. The dispenser also includes a cradle assembly featuring a cap and a dock, the dock having a receiving area and therein a floor from which projects an upwardly oriented hollow connector with a plastic wall piercing mouth. The cap is fittable over a product container. Tubing connects the pump and hollow connector allowing communication of the flowable substance between the product container and pump. Also provided is a method to allow a consumer to sample the product. The method includes providing the sample dispenser as described above, and activating the dosing unit to deliver a portion of the flowable substance to the consumer.

Abstract: The present invention is a universal touch free dispenser for dispensing selective amounts of product from varying sized hand pump product containers. There is a touch free sensor on the front of the dispenser and in electrical communication with the drive assembly of the dispenser. An extendable ram pad extends from the drive assembly that is adjustable according to the amount of product a user wishes to be dispensed. With the product container placed within the dispenser, the unit is adjusted such that the pump on the container is in contact with the dispenser ram. When an object is placed within the viewing range of the touch free sensor, a signal is sent to the drive assembly and the dispenser ram is extended thereby depressing the pump head and dispensing the product onto the object.
