Abstract: A system includes a truck-mounted concrete pump and an auxiliary unit. The truck-mounted concrete pump including a hydraulically driven concrete pumping system for conveying concrete, a hydraulic pump drive system, and an internal combustion engine. The internal combustion engine is configured to drive the hydraulic pump drive system, and the hydraulic pump drive system configured to drive the concrete pumping system. The auxiliary unit includes an auxiliary hydraulic pump drive system for hydraulically driving the concrete pump system and an electric motor for driving the auxiliary hydraulic pump drive system.

Abstract: A first fracturing pump is selectively engaged or disengaged a from an electric prime mover based on operation of a first lever by a user. The first lever, the electric prime mover, and the first fracturing pump are mounted on a mobile transport. A second fracturing pump is selectively engaged or disengaged a from the electric prime mover based on operation of a second lever by the user. The second lever is also mounted on the mobile transport. The electric prime mover is operable to drive one of the first and second fracturing pumps that is engaged with the electric prime mover while not driving the other of the first and second fracturing pumps that is disengaged from the electric prime mover by operation of a corresponding one of the first and second levers.

The traction drive motor system includes a first set of traction drive motors, the first set of traction drive motors mechanically connected to the crankshaft. The traction drive motor system also includes a second set of traction drive motors, the second set of traction drive motors mechanically connected to the radiator cooling fan. In addition, the traction drive motor system includes third set of traction drive motors, the third set of traction drive motors mechanically connected to the frac pump lubricating oil pump.

Abstract: In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, a hybrid drive system that uses multiple sources of mechanical energy to drive a pump is provided. The hybrid drive system may include a first mover for generating first mechanical energy, a pump, a drivetrain for providing first mechanical energy from the first mover to the pump, and a second mover within the drivetrain to generate and provide second mechanical energy to the pump. The multiple sources of mechanical energy may provide flexibility with respect to system design and allow for alternative sources of fuel and energy to be used to drive pumping systems. This may reduce the total diesel fuel consumption necessary to perform a well stimulation operation as well as provide for configurations in which diesel engines may be excluded from the pumping process in favor of alternative energy sources that typically do not have sufficient torque capacity to power a pump.

Abstract: Certain embodiments of the present application relate to a variable frequency drive (VFD) cabin for a pump configuration including a mobile trailer on which the VFD cabin is to be mounted. The VFD cabin generally includes a medium-voltage VFD and a ventilation system. In certain embodiments, the ventilation system is configured to generate an overpressure condition within the cabin to discourage the entry of dust and debris into the cabin. In certain embodiments, one or more components of the medium-voltage VFD are coupled to the floor of the cabin via a vibration damping system. In certain embodiments, the VFD cabin may be directly coupled to a chassis of the mobile trailer without an intervening suspension being provided between the VFD cabin and the chassis.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a semi-trailer-loaded turbine fracturing equipment, which adopts a linear connection of the whole equipment and a special chassis design, so that the center of gravity is double lowered to guarantee its stability and safety, the structure is simpler, the investment and operation costs are decreased, the risk of total breakdown of the fracturing site is reduced, and the equipment has a good transmission performance and is suitable for continuous operation conditions with long time and heavy load. The plunger pump is improved in that the distance between the center of rotation of the bellcrank and the center of rotation of the crankshaft is optimized so that the rated input power is increased to 5000-7000 hp, the transmission ratio of the reduction gearbox integrated on the plunger pump is optimized so that the maximum input speed can reach 16000 rpm, the superhigh speed allows the reduction gearbox to be connected directly to the turbine engine to address the problem that the turbine fracturing equipment is decelerated through two reduction gearboxes, thus decreasing the weight of the vehicle and reducing the overall size of the equipment.

Abstract: An electric driven hydraulic fracking system is disclosed. A pump configuration that includes the single VFD, the single shaft electric motor, and the single hydraulic pump that is mounted on the single pump trailer. A power distribution trailer distributes the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation voltage level to the single VFD and converts the electric power at a power generation voltage level to a VFD voltage level and controls the operation of the single shaft electric motor and the single hydraulic pump. The power distribution trailer converts the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation level to an auxiliary voltage level that is less than the power generation voltage level. The power distribution trailer distributes the electric power at the auxiliary voltage level to the single VFD that controls an operation of the of the auxiliary systems.
