    摘要: A screening machine having a machine frame that is mounted so as to be capable of vibration and is capable of being set into vibration, and having screening elements configured in a row in or on the machine frame, seen in the longitudinal direction of the screening machine. The screening machine is subdivided into a plurality of screening machine parts that are connectable or capable of being assembled to form the screening machine. An individual screening machine part or one or more stacks of a plurality of screening machine parts stacked one over the other have dimensions that are smaller in their length, width, and height than the corresponding dimensions of the interior of a commonly used standard transport container or than dimensions requiring special transport due to excess size.

    摘要: A continuous sieving apparatus is described. The continuous sieving apparatus includes a sieve surface attached to a wall. A set of openings is formed in the sieve surface so as to define a set of pathways extending through the sieve surface. The set of opening are defined by a length dimension that is greater than a width dimension. An action system is configured to move the sieve surface in one or more directions (e.g., horizontally and vertically). Such movement causes a first pupa having a first cephalothorax width that is less than the width dimension to move through any one of the set of openings, and a second pupa having a second cephalothorax width that is greater than the width dimension to be prevented from moving through the set of openings.

    摘要: A two-mass heavy duty vibratory machine has a frame in the form of a box-like cage in which a working member, such as a screen, is received. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the frame is resiliently mounted on a stationary support surface and the working member is resiliently suspended from the frame. In another embodiment of the disclosure, the working member is resiliently mounted on the stationary support surface and the frame is suspended from the working member. In both embodiments, an exciter is mounted on the frame at a location outside the frame and spaced from the working member.

    摘要: A portable material separator to be used with a container having an opening of any shape in the top thereof. A vibrating device is attached to a plane which rests on a plurality of cushions. The cushions are mounted on a base plate which fits within the opening in, and rests on top of, the container. A screen spans the opening in the container and is mounted in a frame which rests on the plate and therefore receives vibrations therefrom. A clamping means holds the above described assembly in a properly spaced relationship.

    摘要: A vibratory screener includes a screen carrier frame having inner and outer circumferences, a horizontal screen for separation of solid particles within and vertically supported by the frame, one or more vibration motors on the outer circumference of the screen carrier frame and configured to generate vibration perpendicular to the screen, and at least two internal annular disks each having an inner rim and an outer rim. Each internal annular disk is attached to the inner circumference of the frame by its outer rim, the internal annular disks are spaced apart from each other in parallel planes, and an inner sleeve is arranged within the frame. The inner sleeve is attached the inner rims of two of the internal annular disks, where the upper internal annular disk and the inner sleeve provide an unbroken surface and where the lower internal annular disk has openings towards the outside environment.
