摘要: The specification discloses a die casting machine of the type adapted to form an article with an internal threaded portion. The threaded portion is formed by means of a threading device which is retractable. The threading device is rotatably and retractably operated by a pinion which in turn is rotated by a cog wheel. The die casting machine may contain a plurality of molding cavities, each being provided with the threading device. The cog wheels may be driven by a common rack which is hydraulically operated. Since the threading device of this invention is retractable, it is feasible to repeat a casting cycle without replacing the mold. Thus, it is much faster to fabricate such articles with the present machine than conventional die casting threading apparatus. Because no part is replaced or removed from the die casting machine in the present invention, it is possible to minimize possible dimensional variation among the articles fabricated. The specification also discloses a method for forming die casting including internal threaded portions by using the die casting machine according to the present invention.

摘要: A compressor impeller and a method of manufacturing the compressor impeller. The magnesium alloy compressor impeller as a die-cast part comprises a hub shaft part, a hub disk part having a hub surface extending from the hub shaft part in the radial direction, and a plurality of vane parts disposed on the hub surface. The impeller can be manufactured by a die-cast method in which a magnesium alloy heated to a liquidus temperature or higher is supplied into molds with cavities corresponding to the shape of the impeller for a filling time of 1 sec. or shorter, a pressure of 20 MPa or higher is applied to the magnesium alloy in the cavities, and the pressurized state is maintained for a time of 1 sec. or longer.

摘要: An impeller for a supercharger cast in molds to provide excellent aerodynamic performance by eliminating parting-line corresponding parts from a hub surface and vane surfaces in each space formed of a pair of long vanes adjacent to each other an a method of manufacturing the impeller. The method comprises a step for casting the impeller in the molds. Molten metal is poured in spaces formed by radially arranging, toward a center axis, the plurality of slide molds each having a short vane-shaped bottomed groove part and a shape for the space between the pair of long vanes adjacent to each other to mold the impeller. Then, the slide molds are moved in the radial direction of the center axis while rotating for mold-releasing. Thus, the impeller for the supercharger having no parting-line corresponding parts on both the hub surface and the vane surfaces in each space formed of the pair of long vanes adjacent to each other can be provided.

摘要: In a cylinder device of the present invention, based on a screwing relationship between a screw rod 30 and a ball screw mechanism 35 and through oil supply port control, the piston and sleeve 15 is made to advance or retract while being rotated. A rear end side of a rod 12 is fitted into a sleeve portion 34 of the piston and sleeve 15. Then, a fitting and coupling mechanism that uses an engagement key 41 and a key groove 42 causes only a rotation torque of the piston and sleeve 15 to act on the rod 12. The rod 12 with a screw core 22 coupled thereto operates at a pitch defined by a screwing relationship between the rod 12 and a rod cover 13. The pitch defined by the screwing relationship is the same as a pitch of the screw core 22.
