    摘要: An adjustable chock for levelling and anchoring a machine to a foundation. The chock comprises a base element, a centre element and a spherical washer (comprising either a concave or convex surface), each is rotationally symmetric about a centre axis. The centre element is axially translational relative to the base element. The base element or the centre element includes a mating surface (being the other of concave or convex) for receiving the spherical washer. The chock has a centre through hole for receiving an anchor bolt. The base element comprises an hydraulic connection point and a channel for hydraulic fluid. The channel is in connection with a chamber enclosed between surfaces of the centre element and the base element, wherein in use, filling the chamber with hydraulic fluid exerts an axial pressure on the centre element, causing an axial translation of the centre element relative to the base element.

    摘要: A device for positioning and assembling successive frames in a machine of a production line. The device is intended in particular for relative positioning of two adjacent frames, namely an upstream frame and a downstream frame. At least one link connects the upstream frame to the downstream frame and supports the upstream part of the downstream frame. The link comprises a cylinder that extends across the successive frames and is received in a bearing at each of the adjacent frames. A tightenable tension rod locks the selected relative positions of the successive frames.

    摘要: A concrete-embedded, machinery-anchoring floor system includes parallel, accurately-extruded steel rails each having a unique cross-sectional configuration. Vertical loading of the rails improves the load-bearing strength of the concrete, whether the loading is in tension or compression. Each rail includes a pair of spaced angularly-extending, outwardly and downwardly-projecting flanges. When a downward compressive load is applied through the rails from above, the load also applies downward and inward force vectors generally perpendicular to the angular flanges, compressing concrete therebetween. If tension is applied to a rail from a cantilevered load, the angular flanges are fulcrumed toward each other about their connecting joints with the rail, also compressing and strengthening concrete therebetween. The angular flanges are rounded at their distal edges to enable supporting and interconnecting reinforcing bars to be easily welded to the rounded edges, irrespective of the angle of the bars to the edges. Precision of the supporting surface of the rail system is maintained by providing a unitary floor construction through use of interconnecting welded reinforcing bars and a wire mesh supported on the bars above the bottom of the concrete slab. The rail system may be located in a permanent factory floor or in a precast floor which is transportable with the machinery it supports.

    摘要: A vibration isolator of the type used for mounting industrial equipment, having the capability of measuring forces exerted upon the isolator to adjust the support provided by each of the isolators upon which the equipment is mounted so as to provide the most suitable distribution of support and to reduce the transmission of dynamic forces created by the operation of the equipment. The isolator comprises a resilient base, a bearing plate on the base and a sensing device cooperating therewith, with or without means for attaching the isolator to the equipment. A force applied to the isolator exerts pressure on the bearing plate which is transmitted therethrough to the resilient base causing each of them to experience some deformation. The sensing device detects the pressure or deformation caused by the force applied to the isolator and generates a signal corresponding to said force. The signal is transmitted to indicating instruments suitably calibrated to show the static and dynamic forces to which both the equipment and foundation are subjected, as well as the weight and center of gravity of the equipment.
