摘要: A method is provided for setting a fastener in a workpiece. The method includes: monitoring a parameter of the power tool during operation of the power tool, where the parameter is indicative of the placement of a fastener being driven by the power tool in relation to the workpiece; detecting, a change in the parameter, where the detected change in the parameter indicates that the power tool became disengaged with the fastener; modifying operation of the power tool in response to the detected change in the parameter; subsequently detecting a second change in the parameter; and interrupting transmission of torque to the output spindle in response the detected second change in the parameter, thereby properly setting the placement of the fastener in relation to the workpiece.

摘要: A method for regulating a speed of an electric motor of a power tool, the speed of the electric motor being established as a function of an actuation of a control device, the control device being actuated in such a way that a speed is requested which is less than a maximum speed, the speed being set in such a way that, in a first speed range upon an increase of the torque output by the electric motor, the speed decreases with a first negative slope, the speed being set in a second speed range in such a way that the speed proceeds with a second slope upon an increase of the output torque, the second slope being greater than the first slope when considered mathematically.

摘要: A two-stage locking electric screwdriver, with its main improved features as follow: the electric screwdriver has pre-locking and locking functions; the torque settings of the electric screwdriver can be easily modulated, and meanwhile the torque accuracy and energy efficiency can be improved; the torque modulation type is external modulation, so that the torque modulation can be carried out externally and even the torsion spring can be replaced. Meanwhile, the component structures inside the electric screwdriver is improved through a design that the motor directly drives the clutch and then drive the screwdriver head unit, and that an internal gear clutch is used to replaced the gear unit and clutch unit, so that the number of parts is dramatically reduced to save production cost. During general rotation, the electric screwdriver will not drive the clutch unit, and when the torque jumps to the set value, the internal gear clutch rotates and generates a torque.

摘要: A power tool includes a housing, a motor, an output member driven by the motor, and a reaming attachment coupled to the output member. The reaming attachment has a front end portion selectively driven in rotation by the output member to drive a fastener into a workpiece, and a reaming portion selectively driven in rotation by the output member to remove material from an end surface of a conduit. A rotational motion sensor in the housing is operable to detect rotational motion of the housing about an axis. A controller receives a signal indicative of rotational motion from the sensor, determines a direction of the rotational motion of the housing, and drives the motor in a direction corresponding to the direction of rotational motion of the housing.

摘要: An electric power tool in one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a motor, a hitting mechanism, a hitting detector, and a control unit. The control unit is configured to set a control amount of the motor so that the motor rotates at a lower speed than a speed in the target rotation state during an initial driving period, and switch the control amount to a final control amount corresponding to the target rotation state when the initial driving period elapses. The initial driving period is a period from when generation of a hitting force is detected by the hitting detector until a predetermined first time period elapses, after the motor is started driven.

The driving mechanism 120 has a rotation transmitting mechanism including a driving cam 137 and a driven cam 157, and a cam engagement state is switched by movement of the spindle 150 in a longitudinal direction of the spindle. The position of the spindle 150 in the longitudinal direction is detected by a detecting mechanism 162 that is disposed on the opposite side of the rotation transmitting mechanism from a front end region in the longitudinal direction of the spindle 150. A controller 180 controls the rotation speed of the motor 110 based on the detection result of the detecting mechanism 162 and drives the motor 110.

摘要: An electric power tool includes a motor; a speed reducer for transferring a rotational power of the motor at a reduced speed; and a reduction ratio changing unit for changing a reduction ratio of the speed reducer. The speed reduction mechanism includes an axially slidable changeover member and a gear member, the changeover member being engaged with or disengaged from the gear member depending on an axial slide position thereof. The reduction ratio changing unit includes a shift actuator for axially sliding the changeover member, a driving state detector for detecting a driving state of the motor, a slide position detector for detecting a slide position of the changeover member and a controller for driving the shift actuator and for changing a drive control of the shift actuator depending on detection results of the slide position detector unit and the driving state detector unit, respectively.

摘要: A power tool includes a housing, an output member that rotates about a longitudinal axis, and a motor drivably connected to the output member. A rotational motion sensor is arranged in the housing and operable to detect a user input that includes a rotational motion of the housing in a desired rotational direction about the longitudinal axis of the output member. A controller is configured to receive a first input indicative of a user-desired rotational motion of the output member, and a second input, from the rotational motion sensor, indicative of an actual rotational motion of the power tool. The controller determines a user-desired rotational direction of the output member about the axis from the first input, determines an actual rotational direction of the housing about the axis from the second input, and causes the motor to drive the output member to simulate ratcheting movement in the user-desired rotational direction.
