摘要： A carrying device is provided. The carrying device includes a stand, an upper clamp connected to the stand, a lower clamp assembled to the stand, a manipulation mechanism assembled to the stand and interlinked with the lower clamp, and a supporting column assembled to the lower clamp. The manipulation mechanism can drive the lower clamp to move relative to the upper clamp, and the upper clamp and the lower clamp jointly define a receiving space therebetween. The supporting column is movable relative to the lower clamp, so that the carrying device can be adjusted in a first clamping mode or a second clamping mode. When the carrying device is in the first clamping mode, the supporting column is located in the receiving space and faces toward the upper clamp, so that the supporting column and the upper clamp can jointly clamp a plate part of a first structure.

摘要： A solid surface clamp that has a top jaw and bottom jaw, along with alignment structures is disclosed. The clamp includes a top jaw, a bottom jaw, a bolt attached to the bottom jaw and slideably received through the top jaw, and a nut. The bolt has an alignment cutout, a threaded portion extending from the top jaw and defines a bolt longitudinal axis. The nut is threaded onto the threaded portion of the bolt and transitions the clamp from an open position to a clamping position. The top jaw further includes an alignment shaft that contacts the alignment cutout and maintains the top jaw and bottom jaw substantially fixed relative to each other about the bolt longitudinal axis. The alignment cutout moves relative to the alignment shaft in the direction of the bolt longitudinal axis when the clamp transitions from an open position to a clamping position.

摘要： A clamp assembly a fixed end support, a movable end support and a handle disposed in one end support or the other. The handle is rotated using an electric tool, such as a drill. A female receiver is disposed within a rearward end of the handle. A male driver is removably held within a chuck of the electric drill and is inserted into the receiver to rotate and then tighten or loosen the support end of the clamp. Alternatively, the clamp assembly has a male portion that is disposed at a rear portion of an end support and a female driver is used to rotate and then tighten or loosen the clamp from the wood pieces. The female receiver and male driver can be used with either a movable end support or a stationary end support of the clamp, as could the male portion and the female driver.

摘要： A method for replacing a gas cylinder at an underside of a table. A length of an installed gas cylinder is measured. The installed gas cylinder is removed. A clamp is set on a new gas cylinder, wherein the new gas cylinder is compressed and set to approximately the length of the installed gas cylinder obtained from the step of measuring. The clamp is moved the new gas cylinder engaged thereto to the underside of the table. While still engaged to the clamp, the new gas cylinder is bolted to the underside of the table; and, the clamp is released from the new gas cylinder, as a result installing the new gas cylinder at the underside of the table.
