    摘要: A straight edge bar clamp spreader comprises a straight edge bar, an inner channel portion, parallel channel portions, and two-way bosses or divots, a clamp, and a clamp-spreader. The inner channel portion is provided along an elongated central region of the bottom surface of the straight edge bar with a constant cross-section. The parallel channel portions are provided along two elongated parallel regions of the top surface of the straight edge bar. The two-way bosses or divots are provided across and on an inner surface of the inner channel portion of the bottom surface and an outer surface of the top surface and configured to define the predetermined stopping positions for two-way movements along the bottom surface or the top surface. The clamp is installed in the inner channel portion of the bottom surface. The clamp-spreader is installed in the pair of parallel channel portions of the top surface.

    摘要: A quick release structure for a woodworking clamp, which has a clamp body slidingly connected to the transverse rod, and the securing chuck having a securing rod disposed through a securing hole of the transverse rod. One side of the securing chuck is formed with an accommodating portion, both sides of the accommodating portion are connected to a quick release element, a positioning shaft respectively is disposed on the quick release element, the positioning shaft is placed through the shaft aperture; an outer surface of the quick release element is provided with a pressing portion. When the quick release element is connected into the accommodating portion, by compressing the elastic element, the securing rod is driven to release from the securing hole. When the pressing portion is not pressed, the elastic element bounces back to retract the quick release element to secure the securing chuck onto the transverse rod.

    摘要: A quick bench vise includes a base, a movable jaw, a threaded rod, a sleeve, an adjustment member and a board. The movable jaw has two rods which movably extend through the base. The threaded rod extends through the movable jaw and the base. A collar and a spring are mounted to the threaded rod. The sleeve is located in a chamber of the base and mounted to the threaded rod. The adjustment member is located in a recess of the sleeve and is threadedly connected to the threaded rod. The sleeve has a weight connected thereto and the adjustment member has a curved portion on the outside thereof. The board is connected to the threaded rod and the two rods of the movable jaw. The movable jaw is quickly moved to clamp the workpiece by the sleeve and the adjustment member.

    摘要: A worktable clamping apparatus wherein an adjustable clamping jaw is operable between an adjustable mode (allowing both forward and backward movement on a supporting frame and a clamping mode whereby a work piece is clamped by opposing jaws. The clamping mode is selectively effected by actuation of a clamping assembly which prevents backward movement of the adjustable clamping jaw away from the work piece to be clamped. The clamping mode is not effected automatically but is selectively effected by the user. The time taken to clamp a work piece is significantly reduced as compared to conventional clamping apparatus. In a further aspect of the invention, the clamping apparatus can be collapsed into a partially deployed state to allow the “A” frame structure to be used for alternative purposes.

Here, a female screw constituting a screw mechanism is disposed at one end of the shaft, a male screw constituting the screw mechanism is rotatable in a slide cylinder disposed outside at the end of the shaft so as to be screwed to the female screw, a handle for rotationally manipulating the male screw is disposed, and a guide portion is disposed between the shaft and the slide cylinder so that the female screw does not rotate but goes straight with the rotation of the male screw so as to allow the clamping bracket disposed outside the slide cylinder to move along the shaft.

    摘要: A vise mechanism is adapted to be incorporated in a cutting machine. A base is adapted to support a work to be cut by the cutting machine. A supporting rod is disposed on the base and extend in a first direction. A bracket is provided on the supporting rod and extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A vise rod is extending in the first direction while slidably penetrating the bracket in the first direction. A first engagement member is formed on a circumferential face of the vise rod. A damper is provided on a lower end portion of the vise rod and adapted to come in contact with the work supported on the base. A locking member is provided in the bracket and formed with a slot extending in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction to which the vise rod is idly fitted, so that the locking member is slidable within the bracket in the third direction while intersecting with the vise rod. A second engagement member is formed on an inner face of the slot at a first end thereof in the third direction, and adapted to engage with the first engagement portion. An operating member is operable to move the locking member in the third direction between a first position at which the first engagement member engages with the second engagement member and a second position at which an inner face of the slot at a second end thereof in the third direction comes in contact with the circumferential face of the vise rod. An urging member is urging the locking member toward the second position.

The receiving tube and crank tube are coupled with respect to one another for telescoping movement. One of the tubes has a threaded member and the other tube has a thread engaging member.
