An angle of torsion at an arbitrary reference point 14 in a tooth depth direction of a tooth 3 on a boundary 7 between the circular arc-shaped tooth section 5 and the helical tooth section 4 is equal to an angle of torsion at a second reference point 15 corresponding to the first reference point 14 in the tooth depth direction of the tooth 3 in a diameter portion P0 of a throat of the circular arc-shaped section 5. As a result, a step is not formed on a tooth face on the boundary 7 between the circular arc-shaped tooth section 5 and the helical tooth section 4. A tooth face of the circular arc-shaped tooth section 5 and a tooth face of the helical tooth section 4 are smoothly connected.

摘要： Disclosed is a QR (Quick Response) code. The QR code is a square block composed of message unit blocks arranged without gaps according to a predetermined rule. The message unit blocks include black blocks and white blocks. The white message unit blocks of the QR code are bright planes formed on a metal surface through die casting. Each bright plane of white message unit block is set at an identical inclination angle with respect to a horizontal plane. The black message unit blocks of the QR code are formed as scattering planes on the metal surface and are set on an identical plane parallel to the horizontal plane. The QR code is highly stable, readable and identifiable. A method for manufacturing the QR code is also provided.

The apparatus carries a marking that is impressed in the sand old and subsequently reproduced on a casting. In the apparatus, the alterable marking is carried by a marking body that is rotated by an air actuated piston.

摘要： An apparatus is provided for coding articles of manufacture which are produced in a die or mold, such as by molding, casting or other process in which a moldable material is either flow formed or pressure formed to shape. In one form, a plurality of projectible and retractable pins or shafts are movably supported within at least one section of a mold and are selectively advanced or retracted to either partly extend across the mold or die cavity or extend completely thereacross for producing a coded array of cavities or such an array of holes extending completely through a portion of a wall of an object formed in the mold. Projection and retraction of the pins or shafts is effected by respective powered devices, such as fluidic cylinders, motors or electric solenoids. In another form, a plurality of pins or otherwise shaped devices are selectively actuated or disposed by a manipulator operating from outside the mold while the mold is open, against respective portions of the mold cavity wall. In a third form, an array of pins or an irregular configuration of a strip or plate is positioned at a selected location in the mold and retained therein by fasteners, magnets, adhesive, spot welding or other means to define a portion of the mold cavity in which a molded article is formed to shape and to thereby define the shape of a select portion of the molded article. A plurality of molded articles may be molded of the same code configuration or of configurations defining a progressing code or selected codes wherein such coding is automatically controlled by a computer or programmer controlling the device or devices which vary the shape of the mold cavity.
