    摘要: A single cycle/multiple cycle dual mode pneumatically driven fastener driving tool utilizes a resettable valve, trigger apparatus, work contact element (WCE) and a mode selecting trigger blocking pin. With the pin in place, the trigger must be released then depressed for each tool actuation. The tool is actuated only when the WCE is also depressed but without regard to the sequence of trigger and WCE depression. In a multiple cycle mode, the pin is removed and the actuation valve is reset either by trigger extension, or by WCE extension for "bottom contact" operation. The tool can be activated by full trigger release and depression while the WCE is held against a work surface. No particular sequence of WCE and trigger depression is required in this second mode. Apparatus and methods are disclosed.

    摘要: A driving tool including a first mode wherein a mechanical starting control is performed, and a second mode wherein an electrical starting control is performed, where these modes are configured to be switchable. Only in the second mode, if the elapsed time between the on-operation of a trigger and an on-operation of a contact arm does not exceed a reference time T0, then a second actuation portion can be turned to an on-position to perform a driving operation. In the first mode, in contrast to the electric control, without consuming battery power, the driving operation can be performed by the mechanical control that is made by an operational order of the trigger and subsequently the contact arm. Because of this configuration, even if power supply is shut off, the driving operation by the first mode can be continued.

    摘要: A controlling mechanism of pneumatic tool. The controlling mechanism is formed with a radial hole in which a speed adjustment button and a direction switching button are disposed. A pad member is disposed between the speed adjustment button and direction switching button. The speed adjustment button is formed with an axial through hole in which a pin member is inserted. One end of the pin member is formed with a through hole. A valve rod is passed through a through hole of an inlet passage of the main body of the pneumatic tool and inserted into the through hole of the pin member. When the pin member is driven, the valve rod is driven to bias a valve plate, whereby the air can get into the main body of the pneumatic tool.
