摘要： A system and method for placing and circulating concrete is disclosed. The system includes a hopper body, a feed auger, one or more circulating elements, a pump, a valve with two or more outlets, a return conduit, and two or more hoses. The hopper body of the system may additionally include a heat exchanger. Concrete slurry is placed into the hopper body, continuously circulated within the hopper body, and drawn from the hopper body by the pump and conveyed through the hoses, or through the return conduit, or both. Concrete slurry within the hoses may be returned to the hopper body.

摘要： A cylindrical mixing drum for mortar and similar material includes a drum body having a hollow shell with upper and lower portions and front and rear portions and an opening having front and rear portions in the upper portion and a pair of spaced substantially parallel and opposite end plates with a paddle shaft rotatably mounted between the plates. A first pair of spaced paddles is used for forcing a mix in a first direction and a second pair of paddles is used for forcing a mix in a second direction. A pair of spaced drum end scrapers are also mounted on the shaft closely adjacent the interior surface of an end wall. A pair of drum end wipers is also included for wiping another portion of the end wall. The lower portion of the drum shell is substantially cylindrical in shape from the front portion of the opening to the rear portion of the opening and the paddles are positioned on the shaft to be closely adjacent the interior surface of the drum shell as the shaft is rotated through 360°.

摘要： Portable metering and mixing apparatus includes a trailer having a hopper thereon divided into two compartments, one compartment for aggregate and another compartment for cementitious material. An auger receives aggregate from one compartment and feeds aggregate into a mixing compartment where cementitious material is added, and the resulting mixture is then delivered as required. Metering elements meter the aggregate and the cementitious material as desired, and the metered aggregate and cementitious material are mixed in a mixing chamber. A metering sleeve over the auger insures that only the metered amount of aggregate is conveyed by the auger to the mixing chamber. A second embodiment utilizes only a single hopper which contains premixed aggregate and cementitious material, and the premix is fed to the auger through a metering sleeve. Water is added to the material while in the auger and prior to the mixing chamber. Heat may be used to heat or warm both the water used for mixing and the material to be mixed. The trailer may also be leveled or lifted, as desired.

The facility also includes a mixing device (34) suitable for mixing the dry matter with liquid matter in order to obtain the mortar, said mixing device having a mixing member (82) and a chamber (74) for mixing the dry matter with the liquid matter. The mixing chamber has a dry matter inlet (76), a liquid matter inlet (78) and a mortar outlet (80). The dry matter outlet (52) of the transport device leads into the dry matter inlet (76) of the mixing chamber, and the feeding member (54) and the mixing member (82) are separate members.The invention can be used for the production of wastewater pipes.

摘要： The assembly includes frame, drum having a substantially cylindrical body with upper outlet opening covered by a grate. The drum includes a laterally disposed discharge chute and a back wall. A shaft mounted between end walls and carries a pair of arms with a center paddle and V-shaped mixing paddles are on respective arms for increasing the amount of entrained air in mixed mortar. The back wall is inclined from the vertical by no more than 15° to inhibit build up of the mortar being mixed in the drum. A three member bag splitter is affixed to the grate over the widest area of the outlet opening. A two-section cab encloses an engine and allows for access to the starter and engine controls while protecting a user. A gear drive shield medially of the cab provides user protection and protects the drive components from dust and debris.

摘要： An apparatus for shearing and mixing a product in an at least partially cylindrical trough has a shaft which is rotatably and concentrically supported in the trough. At least one support extends radially from the shaft and supports a tool which forms a rotor together with said shaft. The tool includes a shearing throwshovel which extends in circumferential direction of the rotor along a longitudinal axis and has a sickle tip on one end and a spoon-like formation on its opposite end. This shearing throwshovel forms a first angle by being bent, when seen in cross-section, from its sickle tip towards the opposite end, so as to deviate from the direction of the longitudinal axis; a second angle between a tangent to said inner surface of said trough and a tangent to said circumferential direction so as to have an increasing distance to the inner surface of the trough from said sickle tip towards the opposite end; and a third angle between said longitudinal axis and said shaft axis.
