    摘要： A tile saw includes a base, and a table movably coupled to the base and moveable in a first plane between a first position and a second position to cut a workpiece. A blade assembly has a saw blade rotatable within a second plane that is perpendicular to the first plane to cut the workpiece as the table moves between the first position and the second position. The tile saw further includes a support arm fixedly coupling the blade assembly to the base via a support arm mount, and an adjustment mechanism received by the support arm mount and the base. The adjustment mechanism is movable between a first adjustment position and a second adjustment position to adjust the position of the saw blade. Adjusting the saw blade includes at least one of translating the saw blade to a third plane parallel to the second plane and pivoting the support arm to change the yaw of the saw blade.

    摘要： A machine for accurately cutting tiles, blocks of concrete, clay, blocks of stone and stone materials, wood and wooden materials is described. It may include a support stand which at its top supports a removable bed structure. The bed includes a motor-driven cutting disc recessed-mounted axially along pillow blocks such that a substantial portion of the cutting disc is projected above the bed surface and its mode of rotation is about a fixed centralized axis. Trolley track rails situated on distal ends of both long sides of the bed allow for lateral movement of the trolley above the bed surface to facilitate the cutting operation. During operation the object secured safely on the trolley which is manually moved towards the cutting disc while a perforated shower head sprays water onto the work piece. Water is filtered and recycled back to the shower via the bin situated below the cutting disc and then to the recycle and filter unit.

    摘要： A corner jig for a masonry saw for fabricating a cut in a masonry unit (e.g., brick) such as to form a corner brick veneer may have a push block wherein its height is substantially equal to a length of a brick to be formed into the corner brick veneer. A lateral position of a cut guide is adjustable to regulate a thickness of the corner brick veneer. A height of the cut guide may also be substantially equal in length of the bring to be formed into the corner brick veneer. Once the cut guide and push block are mounted to the masonry saw, the brick is positioned within the corner jig and a first cut is made. The user's hands are out of the way so that the cut can be made safely without harming the operator. The brick is repositioned and a second cut is made in the brick to finish off the corner brick veneer. Once again, the user's hands are out of the way for safe operation of the masonry saw. Moreover, no subsequent cuts or finishing step are required to provide for a clean square interior corner of the corner brick veneer.
