摘要： A molding machine (10) has induction heating means for heating a heating cylinder (51) by induction heating. The induction heating means includes a plurality of induction heating coils (112-1 to 112-4) provided in the heating cylinder (51) and a plurality of electric power supply control parts that control electric power supplied to those coils. The electric power supply control parts have heating part controlling inverters (114-1 to 114-4) to which an electric power is supplied from a direct current power source circuit (40), respectively. Each of the heating part controlling inverters performs a frequency control or an electric current control of an electric power to supply.

摘要： An apparatus for extruding a block product from a feed material. A barrel includes an output end. A screw is at least partially disposed within the barrel. The screw flows the feed material in the barrel towards the output end. A die is in fluid communication with the output end of the barrel. The die receives the feed material and heats the feed material to produce the block product. At least one electrically conductive element passes electric current through the feed material to heat the feed material by resistive heating. The feed material may include activated carbon and at least one binder, to produce a carbon block product.

摘要： A startup control method of a resin extruder is provided. The resin extruder extrudes supplied resin material to a die as molten resin by rotating a screw. The resin material is supplied with a low supply amount which is smaller than a target supply amount and the screw is rotated at a low rotational frequency which is smaller than a target rotational frequency when starting the resin extruder. A supply amount of the resin material and a rotational frequency of the screw are gradually increased. After elapse of a set startup time, the supply amount of the resin material is brought into a target supply amount and the rotational frequency of the screw is brought into a target rotational frequency.
