    摘要: A green tyre disposed on a toroidal support is introduced into a vulcanisation mould. The mould is closed through axial approaching of a pair of sidewall plates acting against the sidewalls of the tyre. Circumferential sectors set to operate against the tyre tread band are maintained spaced apart from the tread band itself during admission of a working fluid designed to press the tyre against the toroidal support. Subsequently, the sectors are centripetally approached for penetration into the tread band concurrently with a step of full moulding and vulcanisation of the tyre carried out through admission of steam under pressure into the tyre itself.

At least one of these mould elements is at least partly freely suspended. When one package part is moulded with the mould elements, plastic melt is injected in a first number ≧1 of points in the cavity, an island of plastic melt for each point is formed inside the cavity, and the distribution of the points causes a force centre to pass through a surface defined by a parallel projection of each first number of islands on a plane orthogonal to a direction of the compression force, and when the first number >1, a second number of imaginary straight lines interconnecting a third number of parallel projections such that the surface is at its maximum.

    摘要: Mold assemblies for compression molding of footwear components include molds, heating elements, conductor plates, insulating layers and carrier trays. An upper mold assembly is placed into a fixture attached to an upper press platen. A lower mold assembly slides into and out of a fixture attached to a lower press platen. Heating elements within the mold assemblies connect to electrical contacts in the fixtures when the mold assemblies are installed in the fixtures, thereby providing electrical power to the heating elements and heating the molds. A conveyor is positioned to receive a mold assembly from (or transfer a mold assembly to) the lower press platen fixture when the lower platen is in a lowered position.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a hot pressing tool and a hot pressing apparatus having the same. According to the present invention, a hot pressing head attaching an anisotropic conductive film (ACF) on a liquid crystal display (LCD) substrate and a heater block supplying heat to the hot pressing head have the same thermal expansion coefficient, and the heater block is provided with a hot pressing tool connected to a moving block by connection units. Also, there is provided a hot pressing apparatus, including the hot pressing tool, which is provided with a support capable of attaching the LCD substrate on the ACF and a transfer instrument. Thus, according to the present invention, the operation can continue with almost no deterioration of the oblateness of the hot pressing head. Also, since the hot pressing apparatus has the structure of connecting the heater block and the hot pressing head together simply by the combination bolts with no need for adjustment bolts, it can be easily manufactured. Also, it is possible to prevent the decrease of work efficiency, and damage to the adjustment bolts caused by excessive use of the adjustment bolts.

    摘要: A flow molding apparatus with multiple layers of molds and electrodes is disclosed. In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus includes top and bottom electrodes with an intermediate electrode positioned therebetween. A first mold is disposed between the top electrode and the intermediate electrode, and a second mold is disposed between the bottom electrode and the intermediate electrode. Preferably, a plurality of metallic locking fixtures are attached to the top and bottom electrodes for securing the apparatus in a closed position. An electromagnetic energy source is operably connected to the electrodes such that the top and bottom electrodes are grounded and the intermediate electrode carries a high voltage. As such, an alternating electric field may be established across each of the first and second molds during a heating cycle.
