    摘要: Die opening-closing means includes a servo motor and a movement conversion mechanism and is disposed between a support plate and a base stand. A movable plate is mounted on the support plate that is disposed on the base stand via a linear movement guide. In a forging cycle, die opening and closing is performed by activation of the die opening-closing means and tie bar fixing means at a rear surface side of the movable plate, and clamping force is obtained using a die clamping cylinder provided in the movable plate. When it is necessary to change over exclusive dies and change over is performed by: extending tie bar removal cylinders provided in a frame behind the movable plate so as to remove tie bars from a fixed plate; and moving a movable rail of internal rails to an open position and moving the change over carriage in along the internal rails from the outside.

    摘要: A mold apparatus provides a movable mold module which includes movable tie rods which are extendable and retractable with respect to the movable mold module of the mold apparatus, such that the tie rods may initially be removed from a gap between the platens of the mold apparatus when the platens have been separated. Preferably, the tie rod assemblies are movably mounted to the movable carriage or module, which also moves the injection machine and movable platen along a base toward and away from the fixed platen and corresponding mold part. Additionally, the tie rods may be extended relative to the movable platen as the platen is moved toward the fixed platen, such that the tie rods engage a locking member on the fixed platen to lock the platens relative to one another during the molding process. The tie rods are rotatable via a rotational device mounted at the movable platen, to rotate the tie rods and lock the tie rods to the locking member at the fixed platen. The fixed platen may also be rotatable relative to the base to allow booking of the fixed platen for easier and safer access thereto, and may include two or more platens and mold parts for simultaneously molding of additional products while one of the platens and mold parts are booked for access thereto. Two or more molding modules may also be provided around the rotatable fixed platen support with multiple platens and mold parts, such that multiple products may be molded simultaneously, or multi-colored products or multi-material products or the like may be molded, with portions of multiple products being simultaneously molded at each mold module or station around the rotatable platen support.

The first and second bearing members are configured to reciprocally move in opposite directions in response to extension and retraction of the rod relative to the body. The system provides improved access to the die space of tie bar style die casting machines for installation and removal of dies by permitting a tie bar to be withdrawn horizontally with respect to the machine, thus creating an unobstructed access window to the die space. The system comprises a vertically movable spit clamp with an interiorly grooved circular bore. The bore mates with the grooves on the exterior of the tie bar. The system further comprises a frame fastened to the outside surface of the shot platen of the die casting machine. The frame has pairs of first and second hydraulic cylinders which control the split clamp.

    摘要: A method for injection molding comprises pre-positioning a clamp piston within a cylinder housing to a datum position axially intermediate a clamping position and an unclamped position, the clamp piston affixed to a tie bar, the clamp piston and cylinder housing cooperating to provide a clamp chamber and an unclamp chamber in a clamp cylinder housing on axially opposite sides of the clamp piston for urging the clamp piston towards the clamping and unclamped positions, respectively, when pressurized. Pre-positioning the clamp piston can include leaving a positioning gap between portions of a mold before releasably locking a tie bar to one of the moving or stationary platens, and then advancing the moving platen to substantially close the positioning gap after the releasable locking has been completed. Pre-positioning the clamp piston can include moving a stop member to an advanced position in the cylinder housing, and urging the clamp piston to bear against the stop member before the releasable locking step has been completed.
