    摘要： There is provided an opening/closing apparatus which can eliminate the influence of a slight gap formed between a bush and a pin in a link connecting portion of a toggle link mechanism and, in addition, can enhance workability e.g mold replacement,An opening/closing apparatus according to an embodiment includes: a fixed platen 20 to which one mold 21 of a pair of molds is to be mounted; a movable platen 22 to which the other mold 23 is to be mounted; a pressure-receiving platen 24 connected to the fixed platen 20 via tie bars 36; an opening/closing mechanism for opening/closing the molds by moving the movable platen 22 back and forth, including a toggle link mechanism 28 connecting the pressure-receiving platen 24 and the movable platen 22; a first drive mechanism for driving the opening/closing mechanism; and a second drive mechanism 50 for applying a load to the movable platen 22 in a given direction in conjunction with the first drive mechanism.

    摘要： A toggle mould closure assembly for injection presses includes: fixed, mobile and reaction planes, mounted on columns; a control unit of the toggle, having four pairs of levers, arranged symmetrically at two sides, in upper and lower parts of the structure, interconnected by a pin and to the reaction plane and mobile plane by respective pins; and an actuation unit of the control element. The control unit is placed on the axis of the toggle in the middle of the pairs of main side levers, which have an outward movement. The control unit is connected, by control connecting rods, to the levers of the toggle connected to the reaction plane, and is placed between the central connection pin of the levers and the reaction plane. The control unit is provided with heads for connection to the connecting rods external to the reaction plane and turned towards the reaction plane.

    摘要： An injection molding assembly includes an automatic control unit that activates a machine moving mechanism to move an injection molding machine toward a mold unit and further activates the injection molding machine to inject molten foamable material into a mold cavity of the mold unit until the pressure inside the mold cavity reaches a first predetermined value to indicate that a predetermined amount of the molten foamable material has been fed thereto. The control unit activates the machine moving mechanism to move the injection molding machine away from the mold unit and further activates a mold opening mechanism so as to open the mold unit when the pressure inside the mold cavity reaches a second predetermined value to indicate that foaming of the molten foamable material in the mold cavity has been completed.

    摘要： The tie rods have first ends anchored to a base plate, and a first tool support is movable along the tie rods. A second tool support is mounted on the tie rods adjacent the opposite ends thereof, and a toggle type locking mechanism is connected between the base plate and the first tool support and operable to lock the first tool support in closing relation with the second tool support. Respective hydraulic cushions are provided between the second tool support and the opposite ends of the tie rods, and a hydraulic pressure limiting device is connected to a hydraulic line interconnecting the hydraulic cushions. The hydraulic cushions may be provided by pistons on the opposite ends of the tie rods and engaged in respective cylinders. A safety circuit may be provided, including a pressure controller associated with a common connection line and a switch responsive to the travel position of the movable first tool support.

    摘要： A two-stage power-operated press for closing molds as used in the manufacture of plastic articles by injection molding. The press incorporates a first fluid motor means for advancing and retracting the movable platen at a rapid traverse rate at relatively low pressure and a second fluid motor means for imparting a high-locking pressure to the movable platen at the end of its stroke in order to close the mating mold segments carried by the movable and fixed platens, respectively. The arrangement of the operating parts of the press is such as to achieve maximum platen stroke in order to obtain increased mold opening for accommodating molds for the manufacture of deep-draw articles.
